This is the worst mandys of all Montreal.. there is not one single time ive come here and that there wasn’t something missing in my salad . Not one time, and theyre stingy with their ingredients.

The atmosphere was great and the service was quick and friendly. The salad was slightly overpriced for the size, but still tasty.

Worst service ever on Uber. I placed my order in at 12 and only received it at 2pm. If in store is busy they should have turned off delivery. I was unable to cancel my order without losing my amount. When I called what I was told is that it was busy in store. Then why did they accept online orders

I have always been a huge Mandy’s fan and love their salads. However, I had a very disappointing experience this past weekend. I ordered two salads on the uber app at 5:10 p.m. (not during rush hours) and received my salads nearly 2.5 hours later! The staff only made my salad 1h50 min after my order was placed (the app says when the order is being prepared, wrapped up etc), this alone took nearly 2 hours! The wait time was honestly ridiculous considering the location was a 15 min drive from my home. I was incredibly disappointed with this service.

Just had Mandy’s for the first time! Best service I’ve had in a long time. Everyone is super friendly the environment is awesome and the food was delicious! 10/10 recommend!

Just had Mandy’s and it was honestly such a great experience! The service was fantastic — super friendly, quick, and really welcoming from the moment we walked in. The salads were just as good: fresh, flavourful, and perfectly portioned. You can really tell everything is made with quality ingredients. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something healthy that still tastes amazing!

Just ordered a salad for pickup. Forgot to add the main protein in my salad that was both on the printed bill and that I was charged for. Update… I have given this location a fourth chance and they forgot ingredients in it again.

Mandy’s salads never disappoints. The salads are always super fresh and delicious, and you can really tell the place is well managed. Ava does an amazing job everything runs smoothly and the vibe is always welcoming. I’m always happy to eat here and will for sure be coming back!

I’m not usually a salad guy, but Mandy’s changed that. Being able to build my own custom salad with great fresh ingredients makes all the difference, and the place is very well organized and clean.

Please note that this is the 3rd order in a row from the West Island location which has had issues. The first time, all the salads were wet, the second, the avocado was rotten and this time, they fully forgot a whole salad with zero help to solve the problem - even after speaking to them on the phone. This is unacceptable. Not only have you shrunk the salads but the service is declining. For the price we pay, I would expect a lot better. Instead of spending all your time opening new restaurants, maybe you should focus on providing better quality & service at your existing locations

I came in yesterday Jan 13 and again today, Jan 14 to pick up an order for my work meeting with coworkers. Both days the staffing seemed short and needed more employees, it seemed overwhelmed and underprepared for the busy service demand! They should be adding extra people on the schedule to meet the high demand of their orders.

i came in store to order while there’s an uber promo currently happening which i found out later yet the staff working were super short today. 3 workers in the kitchen and 1 at the cash trying to manage it all. management needs to wake up. it solely impacts the paying customers. will not be returning

Soooo... this breaks my salad-loving heart, but... I have to say it. I have been eating Mandy's salads for YEARS, and this is the third time in recent months that I order from the DDO location (the Lumberjack) and the third time I'm disappointed. I had to spit out most of the pieces of chicken. If I'm willing to pay $24 (+ tax and tip) for a salad, Mandy's should be willing to use only the best ingredients, or at least edible ones. Why am I biting into dark chicken meat that's all fat and slimy?? I'm not even complaining that there is dark meat in the salad, just saying the meat just wasn't good. At ALL!!! Since it's the third time, I had to leave a review. Not sure I'll be picking up salads from this location ever again or any Mandy's for that matter. :(

I stood at the counter ready to order for a solid 7 minutes watching the girls behind the counter talk amongst themselves before I got fed up and asked if I was in the right spot to place my order and only then she took my order. Like seriously? If I hadn't said anything how much longer would I have been standing there before they even acknowledged me? I was going to stay there to eat but I felt so unwelcome I took my 30$ salad and left. Besides that, the salads and ambiance are great, but the terrible service makes me not want to go back.
