Paid extra for cilantro, I got a laughable pinch of wilted brown leaves of it along with wonderful noodle dust from the bottom of the bag. If that was served on a Air Canada flight I’d think it’s a fair yet underwhelming meal but given this was a restaurant where salads are 30+$, seriously…

The salad was very tasty, but. They forgot to add the additional order of chicken to my salad and when I asked, the gal didn’t seem to believe me and was speaking in a tone insinuating I was lying. There was another petite gal there who was absolutely wonderful and so polite and kind. The biggest downside for me is to see a business that no longer accepts cash. I won’t be visiting again for this reason.

Always have the best time here. Tried the new captain salad here and loved it. I was recommended a lemonade and the combination was fantastic. Best Mandy’s to go to.

Had the best experience today. Service was very fast. I was recommended the seared tuna salad with cranberries which was very tasty. Ava was such a joy. Great location and vibe!

My husband and I are huge Mandy’s fans. We always get it when we’e downtown. It’s our go to. We were excited to finally try this location and were wildly disappointed. The service was horrible. We waited 25 mins for our takeout order while other locations have never made us wait longer than 10 mins. They had to send each back because there wasn’t enough lettuce. When we finally got our salads they were awful. I always get the Caesar salad and half my salad was without dressing. It was bland and under seasoned. I paid extra for mock chicken and they threw in three pieces. When I order downtown they throw in croutons and capers and the size is twice what we got here. I’m so disappointed. Won’t ever eat here again and won’t recommend it. Go to the Crescent or Old Port locations.

Super lovely experience at this location. It was our first time here. Tanis gave us great suggestions on the most popular salads. Our favorite was the crunchy sesame with added seared tuna. It was delicious. Overall great salads and the cookies were a nice treat at the end!

I was welcomed by Lauren when I was going in to grab lunch. The service was amazing and it was very nice to be greeted by such a bubbly person!

Shout out to Emily for her great service! We always enjoy our salads when we come here. Fresh and quickly prepared! Cute decor as well. Not a lot of places offer this kind of food in the area so we always appreciate coming back.

you forgot my items in my uber order two times now and anyway is too expensive to order again. very sad to no longer get your salads though

It’s not the first time I’ve had issues with orders placed on Uber eats but I still regularly order salads and love them. However today was particularly bad service. I get running out of avocado but instead of giving the juice I ordered they gave me salad dressing. I called them and my husband went to pick it up and also replace the salad that was missing items. They again gave the wrong items even if the phone call. I understand we could’ve checked the bag but you would thing that after the first time that wouldn’t happen. Having to go back again to rectify what they messed up 3 times if beyond unacceptable and the fact that there was no apology even for this service. I have been a loyal customer for years and have spent lots of money here but the service and quality has really started to decline. Very disappointing

I always come there for their chocolate chip cookies. Had the best experience and interaction today with Meaghan. She was so polite and friendly. Looking forward to returning more often.

Food was fine, girl at the counter was quite nice. we were helped with our order immensely. Yet when we sat to eat we noticed the manager is dressed VERY inappropriately. We listened in on her conversation while she spoke loudly to her friend the whole time about enforcing uniform policy yet was dressed like a 14 year old girl. Listening to her conversations were unbearable! I hope her staff have someone else who is managing them accordingly and respectably.

Possibly the worst Mandy’s to ever exist. They always take forever to complete the order and they make mistakes on every order. Do not recommend. Go to any other Mandy’s locations.

I usually order on Uber eats but something on Thursday told me to dine in and I’m so glad I did. Everyone working there was so nice and welcoming. As I was eating my salad, a girl who was working the counter came to ask me how my food was and let me know that they’re getting a new menu soon. She even gave me recommendations on her favourite salads. I wish I would’ve gotten her name she was so sweet!! Overall great experience, I can’t recommend this spot enough. My favourite salad is the peanut satay (luckily it’s on the new menu too).

I used to LOVE their salads. Just ordered one and again it’s half the size it used to be. I’m still hungry and before I used to have left over. Will not order again.

I had a great experience with Antoine at Mandy’s customer service. From the moment I reached out, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand my request and made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. What stood out the most was his professionalism and positive attitude even when things got a bit complicated, he stayed patient and solution-oriented.
