The food was amazing and the portions are quite generous. The ambiance was wonderful and all the servers were all friendly and accommodating. I'm definitely coming back to try the other dishes!

Perfect Iranian Restaurant
Really great Persian food in montreal! We recieved complimentary soup as entrees and ordered the saffron chicken and the filet mignon and lamb meat dishes. For dessert we had the saffron rice pudding and baklava cheesecake. Cannot say enough good things. Really lovely staff and the place was full with families. Thank you for the great meal ! We will come back again 🩷
Excellent food! Will try it every time we come to town!
A great experience. Staff are nice and food was great! I hope they keep the quality as is 🤞! We’ll come back back soon
I’ve been to this restaurant a couple of times and everything has been consistently good. The place is clean, the staff are professional and very polite, and the food tastes great. Overall, a very solid experience. Keep up the good work.
We love this place! We come here quite often and every time the food is delicious and authentic. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, and the staff are always kind and friendly. It really feels like eating homemade Persian food. Thank you for the great service and lovely experience every time. Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience . The quality of the food was excellent, everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with great care. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and respectful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very cozy and friendly, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. You can really feel the passion and hospitality behind the place. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and a welcoming environment in Montreal.
The soup was good. The koobideh was mostly fat. It was wobbly like jello. It also smelled like chicken. I will let the reader make deduction. ... and even that took them more than an hour from taking the order to serve for a party of 8. When I complained to the waiter about the delay in service. She simply replied to my surprise: "Well, don't pay tips." When I argued that the tip goes to her. She replied that they did not distribute the tips among their staff!
Super delicious and fresh my favorite restaurant forever. Thanks Maman Sady💚
I spend my birthday there with my friends and it was fabulous and the food was really delicious too😍😍
Great place for Persian food in Montreal. Good portions and amazing quality.
This place has such a beautiful and cozy vibe. The decoration is lovely and the atmosphere makes you feel comfortable right away. The food smells so good throughout the restaurant and makes the whole experience even better. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. I also had the chance to talk with Maman Sady herself, and she is such a warm and lovely person. You can really feel the positive energy in this place. Definitely recommend visiting! 😊
Absolutely terrible experience. We came here yesterday to break our fast and arrived at 6:46 PM, but didn’t receive our food until 8:00 PM. Waiting over an hour for food is already unacceptable, but it’s even worse when customers are fasting. The food was honestly nothing special. For the prices they charge, I expected something much better. It was just average at best. The service was even worse than the food. Our server barely checked on us the entire time. We ran out of water and she never came back to refill it. We were literally sitting there waiting for someone to notice us. We even had to tell her ourselves that we were ready to order, otherwise I doubt she would have come. This was my first time coming here, and it will definitely be my last. I genuinely don’t understand how this place has such good reviews because our experience was extremely disappointing. If 0 stars was possible, that’s exactly what this place would get from me.
Great service, especially by Ilham! Ordered the Lamb Shank, it was extremely good!
The Halim bademjan was super tasty 🤌 and the soup was great too! I ordered Gheimeh nesar and the portion was very generous. The taste was great as well and the smell of the food was amazing. The fresh bamieh for dessert was absolutely delicious. I recommend this Persian restaurant!
I tried once and would like to say you should try their foods, so yummy, feel homemade food and real Persian tastes. Thanks
With due respect, this review is based solely on my first experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the quality of service and the way customers were received and attended to were not satisfactory, and there were noticeable shortcomings in the way the food was served. Considering that in many Iranian restaurants offering complimentary bread, butter, and tea is considered part of the hospitality culture, the absence of these items was notable. Additionally, the pricing did not seem consistent with the quality and level of service provided. For example, charging $35 for Ghormeh Sabzi does not appear reasonable in my view.
Great food. Persian and halal. One of the best in Montreal. A bunch of persian ladies working there so you know the food will be good.
We are visiting from Miami, Florida, and stop by for some good Persian cuisine. The place was nicely decorated , a great ambience and lots of small thoughtful touches. The food was absolutely amazing and the service and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had a lamb shank and the vaziri combo which again were both outstanding and combination platter for the appetizers were just as good. Highly recommended this place to anyone visiting
Today I grabbed a sangak and took it to Maman Sadi Restaurant. I asked them to put it under the kebabs — and wow… you guys seriously missed out! With fresh basil and onions, that combo was next level.Big thanks to the whole team — everyone’s super friendly and polite, and they really know what they’re doing. And the kebabs? Absolutely top-notch.
The food was good, but unfortunately the service was slow and unprofessional.I was there on Saturday with a group of seven people. The appetizers were fine, but at first they didn’t bring any plates or spoons. After we asked, they brought plates for only four people. When we reminded them again, they came back after a long delay with only two more plates and some spoons, and in the end one person still didn’t have a plate. When the main dishes were served, they didn’t know which dish belonged to whom, and their attitude was not appropriate. (It was not a busy day.)I hope this issue will be addressed and the service improves.
My friend and I tried the lamp shank, Barg, Kashke bademjan and sholezard. The food and the vibe were good. The waitress was really nice and welcoming but she said the main dish comes with soup but she didn’t bring any (Maybe I am wrong or she just forgot). I wish they were serving Sangak instead of pita. Also I wish the Barg was less salty and more juicy. I really recommend that they put better photos on their menu and more descriptions and details as it sounds confusing for non-Iranians. I recommend this place and will try again. But I hope in my next visit they don’t forget the soup.
