went here with my friend and it did not disappoint at all. we were so amazed by the amazing flavour of every single meal we had. i would definitely recommend sharing/splitting items! it's a much better experience and can actually help you save a little on your final bill. it was such a nice, romantic atmosphere but was a little chilly, so learn from my mistake and wear long sleeves! valet was super helpful and reliable, had no problems with that and made the experience stress free. we got the classic tzatziki, truffled crispy tyropita, pastitsio with seasonal fresh black truffle, and the spanakopita salad. each meal was mouthwatering. overall, amazing experience and we are already planning our next visit!

My friends and I loved the food so much! They had a sommelier that recommended us the best wine to pair with our food. Our server Josh was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Our dinner at Mama C was easily one of our top three dining experiences ever. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere struck that rare balance between professionalism and genuine warmth.Our waiter, Josh, set the tone for the evening with attentive service. He made us feel completely at ease while still delivering the kind of polished experience you’d expect from a truly exceptional restaurant. The sea bass was a highlight, especially watching Josh debone it tableside with effortless skill.The sommelier, Jonathan, was also impressive. His wine recommendations were thoughtful, intuitive, and absolutely spot‑on. We left happy with each pairing and also with a few new bottles we will want to seek out in the future. His enthusiasm and expertise added so much to the night.Between the graciousness of both Josh and Jonathan, the evening felt personal in a way that’s hard to come by. And while Montreal spoiled us with incredible food throughout our trip, Mamma C was the standout meal and is the one we’re still talking about. The desserts alone were unforgettable.A special mention as well to the bartender, who crafted a cocktail that perfectly matched the flavour profile I described. It was one of those small but meaningful touches that elevated the entire experience.Mamma C delivered not just a meal, but a memory.

I had such an amazing experience at Mama C! The food and atmosphere were great, but what really made the night special was the service. Clara, our waitress, was absolutely excellent — so kind, attentive, and professional. She made us feel so welcome and took care of everything perfectly.Basile, the manager, was also incredible. You can tell he truly cares about the guests’ experience . The service from both of them was outstanding and made our visit memorable.The dips and the spanakopita salad were amazing.Highly recommend Mama C — we’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience with a delicious lunch menu. We reserved a table for 15 people to celebrate a colleague’s retirement. The experience from completing the reservation up until the end of meal was great. Melissa was very nice and took time to explain the menu.The fish of the day was one of the best fish dishes we’ve ever had!

We chose Mama C because of its nice location and good reviews, which made us decide to have breakfast here. The restaurant interior is pleasant, clean, and well maintained, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience with the food was disappointing, as the bread served was overtoasted. More concerning, my husband became ill about an hour after eating. He had only ordered the eggs benedict with salmon and orange juice, yet he felt nauseous and had a bad stomachache shortly after. He ended up staying in bed for two days, which was very worrying for us. Considering their prices, we expected higher quality food.We were also confused by the shared comfort room since there were no clear labels indicating that it was for both men and women.

I've been here on the weekend and recently on a Tuesday evening. It was a totally different experience. Weekends have the A team working. The service was substantially less on Tuesday. The food is as good though!

Was here for Valentine’s Day with my family. Waiter was great, no issues with his service. But the rest 0 on 10. Valentine’s Day menu was an absolute rip off. The appetizer was 2 oysters with no meat on it. It was as thin as skin. 2 bites of raw fish, 2 bites of lobsters. Salad was acceptable. Appetizers came 1.5 hours apart from another. Main course came another 1.5 hours. Lamb was dry, fish was fishy and hard. The rice was terrible. After voicing our experience many times, they only offered us 15% off. 165$ a person and we came home to eat bread because we left hungry. I’ve been here before and it was great, not sure what happened here but I hope This review is a wake up call because that whole night was terrible A to z. 3 people we spent 700$ with tip and ate for maybe 35$.

The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, the service significantly affected our visit. One server named Virgilio, repeatedly ignored our requests, misunderstood our order and instructions, when we ordered the dessert, it took a siècle for the server to come to take the order and the restaurant was not very full at that time. When we asked for the bill, we had to request it multiple times over a long period of time before it was finally brought to us. Even then, there was no acknowledgment of the earlier misunderstandings. I want to be fair: the restaurant itself has a nice environment and decent food. However, the level of service we received did not meet basic expectations and made what could have been an enjoyable meal unnecessarily frustrating.

Food is outstanding, can't pick a favourite. We had the sea bass sashimi, feneos fava cream, lamb kebabs and the pastitsio. OMG can't praise the food anymore than outstanding. Service was fantastic, shout out to Josh our server. His knowledge and enthusiasm was a credit to the restaurant and we are so happy to have taken his recommendations. Lovely atmosphere and very popular. Would recommend booking in advance, you do not want to miss out!
