EDIT: this is the second time I come Nov/Dec 2025 and the chicken was extremely dry. Make sure they’re putting you fresh chicken and not some that was sitting cooked already on the grill.

Easily the cleanest shawarma restaurant I’ve been to so far, truly top-tier. Worth every penny. Beautiful interior design and exceptionally clean. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Every time I go to Laval, I make sure to stop by Malak Al Tawouk. Some days the food, especially the Tawouk sandwich, tastes absolutely amazing, but other times it’s not quite the same. There seems to be an issue with consistency in the quality or preparation of the Tawouk sandwich. On the other hand, the fries sandwich is always spot-on, consistently delicious every single visit!

I was hearing about the tawouk sandwich that it has changed but i didn’t believe it until today where i noticed a huge change in what was my favourite regular classic tawouk sandwich with no extras. The coleslaw salad in the sandwich had ltoo much mayonnaise and ketchup dripping from it. In arabic we say ( بتلعي النفس) What was more surprising is that when i asked to speak to manager his name was ahmad the matter was not addressed at all and didn’t even speak to me or ask for clarification to address the matter. I felt that he doesn’t care I felt I should put my review because i always eat at this place and this is the first time i could not eat the sandwich I hope the higher management will address this matter to keep good quality of service and food. This review is meant to be a constructive feedback to keep up the good reputation that this restaurant is known for Thanks

I’m visiting from the US, and first thing i wanted to do is eat here, yum!! It did not disappoint and tastes just like in Lebanon!
