Authentic Turkish food, generous portions, and such a warm atmosphere 🇹🇷✨🍲The pides, lahmacun, and mixed doner platter were packed with flavour, and the kunafeh with Turkish tea was the perfect ending. They offer free tea with any purchase ☕️. Definitely a spot worth trying in Montreal if you love good comfort food 🤍

Loved that I could actually see the food being freshly prepared. The place was clean, well-kept. Very cozy spot to have lunch or diner. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, and tasted like authentic Turkish halal comfort food. Always looking forward to coming back!

It's an excellent restaurant, I highly recommend it. The food is great, the prices are reasonable, and most importantly, the staff is more than wonderful.

Very disappointed. We ordered a chicken skewer plate and the chicken was clearly not fresh. It was very hard with a bad taste, like leftover chicken from the day before. Inedible. I do not recommend. 👎

Update: January 2026 Just went again, and as usual, the food is excellent. I'm sure the negative reviews are for another maison Istanbul, because I've been coming to this restaurant since it opened, and their meat is always consistent. The service may be a little slow when they are at full capacity, but that is to be expected. It's the restaurant on Jean talon, closer to Galeries D'Anjou. Even their original restaurant on Jean talon, closer to viau is great. Worth a try, don't mind the negative comments. January 2025: The grilled meat platter served with several sides is delicious! Meat is so tender and juicy. Highly recommended

Since the change of ownership there's an incredible change, in the food, atmosphere and quality of service. Will definitely come back .

Came to maison Istanbul for dinner with my in laws, the chicken doner platter is amazing!!!! The portions were big and the plates are well priced. I always come here when coming to Montreal. Can’t wait to come back!!!
