Great food and atmosphere!
For the price you’re paying the food is amazing. If you’re expecting mind blowing dumplings. Don’t go there. You’re looking at walking away paying $20 and full. It’s worth it for the price. Also love the concept of not needing to talk to a server. Fantastic and efficient concept.
Good dumplings, good food, nothing super crazy. GOOD PRICES
Ordered take out and didn't expect too much but damn it's good
Delicious, super friendly staff, great value. I'll be back often.
Honestly perfect for students and those who are on a budget. Food was good and price was great! Especially in this economy! It’s quite affordable considering three dishes with tax and tip was $40!
I really the music they play here and the food and atmosphere is really nice and relaxing to eat with friends
we love maison bao
The space is nice and the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, which made for a great overall atmosphere. I tried the dumplings, takoyaki, fried tofu and a soup and while they were enjoyable, they didn’t stand out much compared to similar dishes I’ve had elsewhere. That said, it’s still a pleasant spot.
Great spot for affordable, good value Chinese food. They offer dumplings, noodles, and soup casseroles. The space is spacious, clean, and gets a lot of natural light from large glass panels. We came for Sunday lunch and the service was quick and efficient — very much in the style of dining in Asia, so don’t expect staff to check in unless you flag them down. You order via QR code and food comes out quickly. We ordered the pickled cucumber, steamed beef soup dumplings, steamed pork soup dumplings, and the crispy pork and meatball soup casserole. The soup casserole was the highlight — packed with Chinese herbal flavours and lots of good ingredients. The dumplings were decent for the price ($5.99 for 6), though we’ve had better elsewhere and they did taste pre-made.
Saw this restaurant being featured on Instagram and decided to come try it out. Can say, the food is super delicious and extremely well priced. We got all that food and it only costed around $40 including tax. The service was ok but the waitress didn't seem too happy to see customers and when we asked for hot tea, we were only given half a cup and no refills, which was a little odd. Introduced this restuarant to my friends and they love it as well! Just super affordable and tasty so would definitely recommend.
Overall the food is okay. However the service was ridiculous. We ordered three items and two items came out first. The third item then did not come out for another 30 minutes. I asked about the third item as it was still not out and we were finished with our meal. We asked if we could cancel the third item. However they were unaccommodating and made us wait even longer and take the item to go. Terrible service.
Very affordable, authentic dumplings. The noodles are huge in portions. So happy to have found a convenient restaurant like this!
Gooodd
Great price, great service and tasty food! Highly recommend. I love their mobile ordering system which is very reminiscent of China, and really hard to find around here
Their foods were delicious. Be careful because their foods are so hot.
Good food at a good price
Terrific food but service felt a little unfriendly. It felt as if I had inconvenienced the staff whenever I asked for something. Never got a “How’s everything?” once food arrived, either.
Ordered Braised beef noodles, Sichuan noodles and pork and cabbage fried dumplings. The broth of the braised beef noodles missed the mark for me tasting very much like chili oil. The Sichuan noodles were good but the main selling point was definitely the dumplings, they were big and juicy and tasted amazing.
I like the decor and cleanliness of the store. It's very easy to order using the QR code and its a great spot for students with their affordable options. We ordered the Sichuan noodles, braised beef noodles, and fried pork cabbage dumplings. I personally really liked their dumplings the most.
So tasty, cheap and fast.
Went for a second time and was satisfied! Although I like spicy noodles in general, I wouldnt recommend the spicy beef noodle (i forgot the official name but i believe its the one with 2 🌶️ sign on it). Its just painful spicy and not the tasty type of spicy.. at least I think so. Instead. I would recommend the shrimp one with peanuts on top, it was very good! Will go back to try the other type of noodles! Also dont take the chive dumplings unless you know you like chives :)
Food was great especially the xiao long bao, served hot and fresh. And the best thing I can say is that the servers are very courteous and accommodating. Service was really superb!!!! Affordable pricing.Ambiance was inviting with soothing jazz music.
They have excellent taste in music. And food.
