I usually never ever write reviews, but I had to write it for this restaurant due to the yummy food and and especially the affordable prices. I will come back here because im tired of those expensive food places. Amazing vibes and clean too. The waitress and the staff is quick and super nice. Ordering is very easy too, you just scan the QR code for your specific table and order from the menu available , love it and no socializing needed and super simple love it so so so much bro deadass needed a affordable yummy place, 10/10 coming back here and making all my friends give a review too. Love u guys

mid tier restaurant for asian food. Premade soup dumplings with little flavour at an affordable price, you pay for what you get. Bit of a long wait and service was whatever

I have wanted to try this place and finally got the chance to tonight. This place is phenomenal. It was my wife and my best meal in Montreal so far. Flavors were amazing. Loved the Szechuan peppercorn flavors. Soup dumplings were great. Such a great space and they were very accommodating for our 15 month old, thank you! This place is also insanely affordable for food you can’t make yourself.

The vegetarian options were limited but very good : fried tofu, veg spring rolls, edamame, vegetarian casserole. The ambiance was modern and casual and the servers were very polite and sweet. I was a bit disappointed to see that the only veg dumplings they had were with chives and vermicelli so noodles and onions in noodles, while there were sooo many meat options.

The food don't really stand out as there are better alternative in Montreal. Could not say it was terrible. But could not say it was good too. Waitress seemed nice.

First time visiting, had a good time. The menu had limited options but food was delicious. I ordered the beef soup dumplings & the spicy pork soup dumpling 🥟! Would recommend this spot for a quick bite with some friends or solo vibes

I have tried this beef noodle twice, and I got stomach issues after eating it. I think you should enhance the food quality! The staff working there are really nice and the atmosphere is good .

Great food...my first time there and will definitely be returning. Soup dumplings were excellent and the Noodle soup with braised beef was exceptional. I highly recommend!!

The food was really delicious and the quality was great. There were plenty of options on the menu, and the prices were very reasonable. Ordering was quick and easy, and you can even do it right at your table, which made everything super convenient. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable, perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely come back again!

We visited Maison Bao due to the reviews and also seeing a recommendation from insta but we were disappointed. The restaurant was totally empty when we visited, yet when we asked to sit at a table that wasn’t facing the sun (as it was a warm day) we weren’t allowed. The menu didn’t provide details of what was actually in the food so we ordered the soup dumplings and beef and onion dumplings. They tasted ok but there are dumpling places nearby which are better. We found out too late that the beef and onion dumplings have mushroom (which I’m allergic to), but they denied and said it was woodear (a type of mushroom). Suffice to say we will not be returning and do not recommend visiting.

Spicy pork soup dumplings 10/10 Curry sauce soup dumplings 10/10 Pan fried pan mini soup dumpling 8/10 Cold shredded chicken 4/10 Chocolate soup dumpling 4/10 - cool gimmick but wouldn't get again Boiled dumplings 0/10 we got the chicken and corn one but I just wouldn't get any boiled again cuz it's more about how they made it
