Very impressed with this restaurant! Honestly, I've walked passed it a few times, but never expected such an incredible experience! The decor is so cool! Bathrooms very clean. Food is not only very delicious and fresh, but also has incredible presentation! The oysters come topped with caviar! Just stellar dinner experience!

We went there for a celebration, and the atmosphere was nice and fancy. the restaurant was really busy, and as a result the service was sort of messy. We had to keep asking for things, one of my orders was forgotten. The food was ok. I’ve def had better sushi elsewhere.
Amazing sushi! Great cocktails Wasn’t my first time coming here but did not appreciate when the waiter said “wow another cocktail?” We’re here to spend money not be judged by the amount of drinks we have or the amount of food we eat. Will give the restaurant one more try Hopefully management will see this and speak to their staff about this situation.
Kun was amazing, trust him with your meal recommendation. Always good food and amazing service at Maiko.
I highly recommend that you change the layout of the tables because those facing the window are blinded by the light, even with the ineffective blinds pulled down. I literally could not see the person in front of me (just a shadow) the whole time we were having lunch. I left there with a headache. It also doesn't help that my sushi orders came separately with very long delays between them.
Always an incredible experience. Already been there a couple of time and never disappointed. Totally worth it.
A little pricy but worth it
The best sushis I've had so far!!
Best sushi in the West Island in my opinion.
Sushi good. Tables a little cramped together.
Best sushi in the west.
Nice Japanese cuisine and consistently good in Quality the service is average The ambience is average The music is loud and boring ( repetitive)
delivers an exceptional sushi experience. The presentation of every dish was stunning—true culinary artistry. More importantly, the taste was exquisite. The fish was unbelievably fresh, and the rice was seasoned to perfection. This is a must-visit spot where high-quality ingredients and beautiful plating meet.
The decor Is well done- imitation cherry tree blossoms are beautiful. The service is great! Staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is well presented and tasty. Nonetheless I find it a little pricey for sushi! Would I go back regularly... Doubt it.
A really nice restaurant with great ambiance and decor and a fantastic staff who are always on their feet 😇😇 When we walked in the restaurant was super packed and we started with mocktails (Virgin Caesar) and Japanese whiskey 🎉🎉 We then moved onto Pizza Sushi for appetizers that was so delicious ❤️❤️ For the main meal I had the Chefs Specialty while my husband had the Filet Mignon and each bite was a gourmet’s delight ❤️❤️ Our full compliments to the chefs for making such exquisite food 🙏🙏 Finally for dessert we had the Deep fried nice cream crepe and it was sugary heaven 😇😇 Cannot wait to come back to this 11/10 restaurant with family and friends and enjoy more food items surrounded by an amazing staff 😇😇
So wonderful
Best sushi in the west island hands down

👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Terrible service from management 🚨🚨I believe that A FOOD INSPECTION should come and evaluate this restaurant 🚨🚨 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 I recently visited what was supposed to be a high-end sushi restaurant, and it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The teriyaki chicken was tasteless and nowhere near the quality I expected. To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly unprofessional. Despite promising to resolve the situation, nothing was done, and it felt like our concerns were completely ignored. Honestly, it might be worth having a food inspector involved because the overall quality and service are far below what one would expect from an establishment of this caliber. Our group left thoroughly disappointed and with no intention of returning.
This used to be an elegant, upscale spot. We just moved back to Montreal after 10 years, and I was so excited to see Maiko survived covid. Unfortunately their standards have fallen so low it's now a glorified cafeteria. It's cramped, loud, and the behavior they allow is just appalling. People on the phone, kids watching youtube at full volume...when we asked the waiter to have a word with the obnoxious table next to us, there was no follow through. It's obvious this behavior from customers has become the norm. Such a shame because the food is delicious, will not be back.
What an experience I had tonight at maiko. My waiter Will was exceptional. He was constantly checking our table and provided a great service. The food was just as good as the service. Would recommend for sure.
I ordered the wagyu Sushi Rolls, thinking it's the Maki Sushi Rolls and when I got home , I noticed it was only two strips of thinly sliced beef, with rice at the bottom that has fallen apart, for the price of 28.99. When I called them back the lady explained oh the Wagyu Maki, you didn't specify. Never again. Everything else was good. But honestly, it makes you wonder , who's making these prices up. My total bill was 79 dollars. For that price I could have eaten at the Keg.
So so good 😍 Maiko Sushi never disappoints. The lemon one was honestly my favorite such a perfect balance of flavor. Service was excellent, fast, and super welcoming. Highly recommend
