⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars for Madame Fortin! I don’t even know where to begin...our experience with Madame Fortin and the mother-daughter team of Karine & Oceane was exceptional from start to finish. We contracted them to cater meals for a corporate retreat, and every single dish was outstanding. The level of professionalism, organization, and care they brought to our event was top‑notch. We had several colleagues with dietary restrictions, and each one was accommodated seamlessly and thoughtfully. On top of the catered meals, we also booked their chef‑in dining experience… and JUST WOW. The food was extraordinary, and the service was truly off the charts. If you’re staying at Manoir Maplewood in Waterloo and want incredible, local, catered‑in meals, don’t think twice about hiring Madame Fortin - it is your go-to place. Wish we had stayed longer to experience their restaurant dining, I'm sure it's amazing!
