Really happy to find this place. The small #8 poutine is huge, delicious, and very reasonably priced. Tip if you’re visiting: the front door is a push-in. I saw at least 3 people (and myself) get confused when trying to pull open. lol

Not enough tables. Fantastic chicken.
Best grilled chicken and fries in the city. Go during off hours or you'll torture yourself as you watch and smell the delicious chicken grilling while you wait.
The poutine's taste was incredible, they were very generous in their food quantity, and get this : the price paid in the end was the exact same as the price disaplayed (i.e. tax were included in the displayed price) and such good quality for a relatively low price point, love it! Truly a 10/10 place!
Super busy- wasted 40 minutes of my life waiting and the food was mid at best and the staff were super rude
Food mid and people are rude definitely not worth it
The poutine with chicken and chorizo lives up to the hype, but the calamari was out of this world!! 🙌 11/10
Worth it if there isn't a huge lineup.
Petite size poutine w/ chicken and chourico was big enough for 2 ppl.
Best Portuguese grilled chicken I’ve ever had. Everything they have is fantastic.
Honestly the fries were not fresh, they seemed they were sitting there since the previous day. The chicken had little to no seasoning. They are getting running on the hype and the quality has gone down. Not pleased at all 🥲
Quite a bad experience every time, on many levels. I'll spare you the details. Won't return again
This place is overhyped. The food portions are huge but not worth it. You don't feel good even after a few bites, and I could barely finish 1/4 of it. Honestly one of the worst things I have eaten in my entire life. No joke. The male cook at the beginning was nice, but the women at the cashier made you feel like you were begging for scraps. Tourist trap. I'm sure there's better out there, but who knows?
The chicken most excellent - moist, good tasty skin, this is worth the trip - the fries are what you would expect and a salad. It is a generous helping The natas were sadly disappointing, min layers of lamination, cold, not crispy pastry, insides are nothing above average
Best poutine
Unfortunately the quality has went downhill over the years. The past 1/5 times my food actually has sauce on it, which would’ve helped the dry chicken. I’m sure the volume of orders that they have to churn through contributes to the disappointing consistency and unfriendliness of the staff as well. I’m still giving 3/5 stars for past experiences and the odd order that is great
Pretty good. A little on the saltier side though.
Ordered by phone 45 minutes ahead, walk in and wait by the register line and am told to wait in line at the entrance to inform the kitchen. Shouldn't be the one to inform them, service should. I wait and inform the kitchen that I ordered ahead and find that the order is only started when I asked. They had the ticket with order and time. I then wait in the register line again and by now I've been here for about 20 minutes. Others ordered after me and got served before me. I by no means expect privilege over other customers, but when I order ahead and have to take as much time as I would if I had just ordered in person, I have an issue. This would've been fine if the food was worth the wait. It was not. Maybe they had a bad day or poorly trained employees but given the nice reputation, this is no excuse. Poutine was overly seasoned and felt very heavy, the fries are to blame. The chicken and chorizo are good, the salad is alright as well. Nothing out of the ordinary however. The fries are closer to chips in my opinion and are heavily salted and peppered. It is a heavy meal and had generous portions, made my chest hurt when I didn't even finish half and I'm a young active man so that's saying something. This place is over hyped and shows montrealers don't know a good poutine- by no means is it anywhere even CLOSE to being on of the top in any category.
I recently went back to this restaurant, and the poutine was phenomenal. The chicken was greatly improved, and the service was top notch.
As a tourist, this is definitely going to be one of those Montreal food spots that I will forever miss. One of the best charcoal grilled chicken you will ever come across. So juicy and tender followed by that beautiful smoky flavour. It was unfortunately too packed on a weekend so I had to order it for takeout but even then it was still delicious.
Great food, great value. Nuff said
One of the best chicken meals I’ve tried in Montréal. They use a charcoal grill, which gives the chicken an amazing flavor. If you’re into poutine, definitely give it a try! you can get it with chicken and sausage, and it’s delicious.
Believe the hype and come here when you're hungry. Generous, moist chicken that doesn't break the bank. The staff was efficient, welcoming and warm. The line is long, but they have the system perfected. We were the 4th group outside the door, but we were ordering within 10 min. Inside is alot more spacious than you'd think by looking at the outside. We shared the #2 Louis Cyr which is 1/2 a whole chicken served with abundant fries along with salad with tomatoes. Get it spicy! It's not really spicy. It's a nice flavor and the spice does not linger at all. We knew this place was good when we were on a food tour at a different place and a random local guy said to come here. Delicious!
Can’t go wrong at this MTL staple, get the poutine for $19 and share with several people. The line is worth the wait. Also if they have any left, pick up a Massa (sweet bread cake) and enjoy with your coffee the next morning
It ain’t plastic. It’s fantastic!
