We spent a genuinely fun time during our brief stay today. The food selections were highly savory, and everyone around was exceedingly polite. The team was exceptionally welcoming throughout. On the whole, it was a beautiful event that paired respectable standards with practical costs.

Very disappointing experience. The payment kept getting declined, and the employee told me that I had to add a tip and that 15% was the minimum. Tipping in Canada is optional, not something customers should be pressured into paying. I do leave tips when I genuinely want to and appreciate the service, not because I’m forced or pressured into it. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable situation. This will definitely be our last time coming to this restaurant.

We ordered charcoal-grilled chicken from Lylac Montreal, and as clearly shown in the picture, the chicken was not cooked at all and was almost raw inside. noting that it was a Wednesday, not a weekend, so it was not busy and the place was empty. This is not the first time two weeks ago we ordered taouk and kafta, and they were not fresh and seemed to have been reheated.

We hosted our baby shower for 65 people at Lylac and it exceeded all expectations. The Middle Eastern buffet was fresh, flavorful, and offered generous portions that everyone enjoyed. Each dish was well-prepared and beautifully presented, giving our guests plenty of variety. The staff were highly professional and attentive, handling every detail so we could relax and fully enjoy the celebration. The space accommodated our large group comfortably, and everything ran smoothly from setup to service. 10/10 recommend.

They charge you a $50 mandatory tip for group of 6 on your card I paid $330 on my card and the next day I noticed that they charged me $379.4. They are scammers. Be aware!!! On groups they should give you a discount not charging you more. I will never visit again.

Food is not good quality Pepsi was expiry date and even they charged it on the invoice and the bill is expensive for 2 people I won't return to this restaurant

We had the degustation menu and everything was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere and service were also impeccable. Our waitress Karla was the sweetest!! Definitely recommend — we'll be back

I had my bridal shower here and I was a little nervous because when we got here there was a lot of people and I was nervous that we wouldn’t have time to set up BUT this team was on fire, cleaned up so fast and made everything so reassuring for us. Thank you so much to Nada, Charbel, Garo, Hamdouch and Torros for their amazing service, welcoming and sweetness toward myself and also our group!

My family and I came for Iftar during Ramadan 2026. The food was really good and every meal came on time. We didn’t wait a minute when the time of Iftar was in. Overall, highly recommend it!

Had an amazing experience thanks to Charbel and Nada. We came in as a group and everything was handled so smoothly and quickly truly A1 service. They were attentive, efficient, and made the whole experience enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back for more taboulé and the great service. Highly recommend!

A wonderful evening and experience , a great atmosphere, love the decor . The food was delicious and flavorful, we had their unique syrian gastronomy experience menu and really we had a little taste of everything and everything was great !! The service was A1 our server charbel was very helpful in explaining the different dishes and was very patient with us. I would recommend this place and we will definitely be back !!

Very bad experience !!! Food not fresh not delicious !! Plus the pepsi cans were expired !! They didnt even apologize and when the bill is served !! Ohh they charged it !!! And everything is overpriced

This was a very disappointing experience. The value for money is extremely poor considering the overall quality of the food and service. The mezzes which are usually the highlight of any Lebanese restaurant were particularly underwhelming. Most dishes lacked flavor and depth. They felt bland and uninspired rather than fresh and vibrant. The grilled filet mignon was tough and difficult to cut while the chicken was dry and overly charred which made it unpleasant to eat. Overall the experience did not justify what we spent, $125 per person, and I wouldn’t return.

Food was decent I guess, but the service was disappointing. It took nearly 20 minutes to take our order while other tables were being attended to several times. No one checked on us after we got our food, and if we hadn’t asked for the bill, nobody would have come to our table. Mind you the restaurant wasn’t even busy. It’s been a while since I’ve been this disappointed in customer service. No one smiled or seemed welcoming. Wouldn’t recommend.
