I usually love l'Oeufrier, but this location has been a bad experience. The egg benedict usually comes on English muffin, so we didn't specify we wanted it that and the server never asked. So when the order came, it was on Première Moisson bread instead of English muffin, which was very annoying. We still ate it because we didn't want to cause any trouble. The server also never came to check if everything was ok or if we needed anything else. They need to train their staff better.

They apparently have new cooks but the food still doesnt come out good. The new owner is always hiring and firing different people but no difference. Poor management is what I experienced and also read from other reviews so far.
A hair was in my plate and was told it isn’t there’s it was Under my eggs so not only they denied it is from the kitchen but the waitress said they said maybe it fell from ceiling So as if I was lying Anyways worst service and I have been going there for almost 2 years
I ordered through uber eats twice and they messed up both times. I specifically ordered sausage and both times they always end up giving me bacon when I also specify in the notes NO BACON. Even so it’s not just the fact that they clearly don’t pay attention to notes as the eggs were also wrong and the potato choice as well… but they also just throw everything in a box and clearly don’t bother to place it properly. Knowing this might be an issue on behalf of the delivery driver, the restaurant should still at least try to place the items in a way the food won’t get as messed up during transport. It’s completely unacceptable to have this kind of quality especially since this seems to be a recurring issue.
We came a few years back, wasn’t our favourite. But the other breakfast places in the area were very busy today so we stopped here as there were plenty of tables. Waitress was very kind however service was slow and a hour in waiting for our food I finally asked why there was such a long wait. Was told the kitchen was short staffed and they were working on the large party at another table. Would have been nice to have been notified. Our table and a family of 4 next to us had to wait about an hour before receiving our food. All in all we remembered why we don’t frequent this place.
Table for 4, service is extremely slow, not a packed restaurant to "blame" it has on that. My coffee was refilled 45 minutes after we sat down. It has now been 50 minutes, food is not out yet. This is not acceptable, nobody has even told us why our food is so late. I can understand and accept if we are advised, but nothing...
Great breakfast spot! We were seated right away with no wait, and the staff was super friendly. There’s also plenty of parking, which is a big plus. A couple of things to note: it got a bit busy, and we waited over 15 minutes before our order was taken (we were just two adults and a child). It might help if the busgirls could also help serve coffee when things get hectic — a few customers were left waiting for a coffee refill. Overall though, the service was very good, and our waitress was especially kind and welcoming. I think they might have just been a little understaffed that day. Still, we enjoyed our meal and would come back!
