Service (from the waitress) was acceptable up until I chose not to tip (although I gave her 5$ cash tip after) because the food came cold, it took more than 30 minutes and we even had to wait another 10 minutes just to pay. Granted I should not have tipped 0%. However! After doing so, the waitress proceeded to bash me saying she has to pay that 15% tip to her coworkers??? Then she said, “You can always go to McDonald’s down the street”. I ended up giving her 5$ cash tip and even apologized?? because I (somehow) felt bad and said God bless and she mocked me, whispering God bless under her breath as she walked away, as if I couldn’t hear her… It’s really unfortunate because I really liked going there and have been there many times before with no issues but this experience was quite displeasing and disturbing. I don't think I'll be going there anymore - will have to find myself a new brunch spot.
