The food was mediocre at best, but what really ruined the experience was the way I was treated by one of the waitresses. I was dining with my girlfriend and her family, and I ordered a coffee. Every time the waitress came around to refill drinks, she refilled everyone’s cup except mine. At first I thought it was just a mistake, but it happened three separate times. The most shocking moment was when my cup was still half empty right in front of her, sitting beside my girlfriend. She completely skipped me, refilled my girlfriend’s coffee and the two people sitting across from me, then walked away without even acknowledging me. It honestly felt humiliating and disrespectful. I still left a tip even though the service absolutely did not deserve it, because I didn’t want to create an uncomfortable scene in front of my girlfriend’s family. But the experience stayed with me long after we left. Basic respect and equal treatment should be the minimum at any restaurant.

Unfortunately we will not be returning 😕 We were a group of nine seated right near the enterence. It is -19 outside the place is packed, people are waiting to be seated but every time the door opens the cold 🥶 drifts in and reminds us it is cold outside. We had to keep our winter coats on. !!!!!!! Not enough staff on the floor and it took forever to take our orders. We only got one cup of coffee, and when we asked to speak to our waitress we were told "cest pas my job de trouver votre serveuse. Elle va passer" WOW, 2 of our orders were wrong, and our toaste were cold. Funny though our waitress was happy to serve her friends coffee and water whenever she passed by. But us she ignored. Honestly not sure who to blame management or the staff. But we will be celebrating our yearly family brunch else where. Good luck but knowing how this industry is struggling if you guys continue in this manner you will be struggling soon.
