Place used to be amazing but now idk what’s going on? No service , nobody checks on you not even basic water is offered. Food looks mid and very cheap with the quality

We waited for someone to seat us and finally I had to approach à staff member to ask if we had to seat ourselves; there were many servers and they had seen me and my son wating but didn’t bother. Then we waited maybe 15 minutes for a waitress to come and see us. I kept trying to make eye contact with à server so that they would notice us. Finally a waitress did, and went and called our waitress over . This waitress was quite unfriendly to be honest and after ordering we waited another 20 minutes for our food. She didn’t even come back to offer more coffee. I must add the restaurant wasn’t that busy. Once finished, again waited for her to return and give us the bill. The plates weren’t even cleared . I had to go and ask for the bill. Our waitress had made eye contact with me many times throughout but just never bothered to update us on the delay, come back and see if all was ok, offer coffee, the bill ….etc. Ive been there before and it was never this bad. And no, I don’t normally leave reviews but this merits attention.

Nice airy ambience. The food is very fresh and with plenty of options. The service is fast and the servers are very helpful. One thing I deployed though. They renovated th 'many' restrooms, but one has a hanger!? I know it's just a little detail, but hey, what a pain if you've got a coat or any other stuff like a bag you're bothered with!!!

I ordered an omelette and eggs on UberEats. With the omelette potatoes were included and I selected home fries but received mashed potatoes. I also asked for cheddar to not be included in the omelette but they put it in there anyway. Was disappointed at the lack of attention to detail.

The food was delicious, but the service wasn't good. The waitress practically didn't talk to us; we'd ask for something and she'd just bring it without saying anything or being polite, after ignoring us a couple of times.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star – honestly would give 0 if I could) Extremely disappointing experience at L’Oeufrier – 1970 Boulevard Le Corbusier, Laval, QC H7S 2K1. When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy at all, yet we waited 10–15 minutes to be seated despite plenty of available tables. There was no proper greeting. Instead of being guided to a table, a waitress simply pointed from across the room and said, “Sit here.” Not welcoming or professional at all. Once seated, we weren’t offered water, coffee, or even acknowledged for another 20 minutes. We had to ask multiple times just to receive basic drinks — coffee, water, and lemonade — and even then, they were brought very slowly. It genuinely felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by being there. After finally placing our order, we waited about 30 minutes for our food. During that time, employees were sitting right next to us eating their own meals. I completely understand that staff members need breaks — that’s normal and reasonable. However, eating in the dining area directly beside paying customers, while talking loudly, using inappropriate language, and openly counting and flashing tip money, is extremely unprofessional. They made eye contact with us several times while we were clearly still waiting for service. It felt dismissive and uncomfortable. If staff are taking breaks or discussing tips and personal matters, that should be done in the back, not beside customers who are waiting to be served. The staff never checked on us once to ask if everything was okay. The food itself was mediocre at best. On top of everything, we were charged for a regular coffee, which many breakfast restaurants include with a meal. Overall, the service was slow, disorganized, and highly unprofessional. We did not leave a tip because the service simply did not warrant one. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning. Update: I attempted to submit my detailed feedback through the link provided in the business response, however the page returned an Error 500 message and would not allow me to proceed.

I went to this restaurant by mistake and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. It was delicious! They have many options varying from standard breakfast to more funky dishes. They also have a crazy selection of smoothies and milk shakes (see picture). Andreanne (sorry if i misspelled) was my waitress and she was exceptional. Thank you l’Oeufrier
