One of the best experiences I’ve had, service & food was amazing, consistently came to our table to refill water & ask if everything was good. Waitress was super nice & patient. Went on a sunday to watch the canadiens game & the vibe was awesome also. Would recommend & will be going back.

Excellent restaurant! The food is incredible and service was flawless. However, the music was so loud that we couldn't hear ourselves talk after 18h30.

After a long time of wondering, we finally ventured into Lucille's and were pleasantly surprised at the vibe and bustle of the place. Our service was great, although we did have to get our server's attention a few times as they were very busy. Overall, the food was ok - the fresh oysters were good (not amazing) but the lobster, although enjoyable, was a bit charred and tasted burnt. Might be a good place for a large group to hang cause of the vibe but the food wasn't that great.

Was a little worried about coming here, since the location in pointe Claire was very disappointing . Came here with around 30 people and had an amazing experience. Any mistake was fixed quickly and I can now say Lucille’s is an amazing restaurant . Congrats

Lucille’s really went down in the last decade. The food tasted like it was frozen beforehand. I was really disappointed in their fried calamari. I’ve eaten better fried calamari in a sports bar. Also, there’s a unisex bathroom, which makes no sense to me. I was in one of the stalls and locked the door (obviously) and a man walked in on me and actually yelled that I should’ve locked the door, to which I replied I did and the lock was clearly broken. Why do unisex bathrooms exist? Is it for everyone’s safety? I’ll never come back here again because of the bathroom situation. I can forgive the food being mid but I won’t put myself or any other female in a situation like that again.

The staff is friendly and the service was good but the food was horrible. All our cuts of meat came wrong. Kids meal is a joke. Pasta and butter that even the pasta was crunchy.

We booked a table for a surprise anniversary dinner. The restaurant manager, Jay, was incredibly accommodating to all of our requests (we had a lot!) from beginning to end. All of the staff involved (from the hostesses, servers, bartenders and cooks) also had a hand in the amazing experience and success of the evening. Delicious wine and food, would hands down recommend! Thank you!

I went to Lucille’s with some friends last weekend and it was an absolute blast. The atmosphere of the place is very enjoyable and the food is absolutely delicious. I had the glazed salmon and it was amazing. We had the pleasure to be served by Raphaelle, she was impeccable and such a joy to be served by, her timing was on point and she was very attentive and made sure to make our experience wonderful! Would come again!

I went here for the third time with my girlfriend and her sister on my Birthday this past Thursday. Mike was our server and he was truly amazing. Fast service, very attentive and made us feel super comfortable. This was my third time and while each time prior was great, this was definitely by far the best experience I've had there. The food recommendations were great and our meal was lovely. I will definitely be coming back, hopefully we get Mike again next time!
