I’m genuinely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, things did not go smoothly. We had a reservation, yet we still waited over 25 minutes to be seated while staff seemed disorganized and inattentive.Once seated, it took another 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. The server appeared rushed and uninterested, and we had to ask multiple times for basic items like water and cutlery.The food itself was below expectations. The main dish arrived lukewarm, and the portion size did not justify the price. The presentation looked rushed, and the flavors were very average. One of the sides was overcooked and lacked seasoning. Considering the prices on the menu, I expected much better quality and attention to detail.Cleanliness was also an issue. The table was sticky, and the washroom did not appear to be maintained properly.Overall, the experience did not match the pricing or the reviews I had seen before coming. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both service and food quality. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I would not return.

Another great dining experience at Lucille's Fairview! I was greeted and seated by the friendly manager. Our waitress Emma was truly amazing. She gave us impeccable service, attentive, genuine and pleasant. I had the Clam Chowder and Wood Fired chicken, both very delicious. Thank you for the consistent good food and amazing service.

It was a great experience, although I found a few elements strange. First, the restaurant does not offer plain mashed potatoes; they only serve a cheese mash. Additionally, they do not offer baked potatoes. This was a first for me at a high-end restaurant where steak is a specialty dish.​The final oddity that will likely prevent me from returning was the 'no cream' policy. They do not have cream available for those of us who enjoy it with our coffee. While it is a great restaurant with excellent food and top-tier service, I simply cannot support an establishment that doesn't offer a potato I can eat or cream for my coffee.

Yesterday I went to the Lucille’s in Fairview Pointe-Claire. What a lovely experience. Food was delicious and ambiance was top notch. My friends and I were served by Jackie who kept such good care of us and was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Would definitely go back!

Absolutely loved this place. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service made the experience even better attentive without being intrusive. You can really tell care and passion go into every detail. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends! Ask for Anne!

What a great restaurant! We were warmly greeted by the manager, Niko, who was super friendly and inviting. The delicious oysters and beef tartare were highlights, paired with lovely service from Carla. Great food, fantastic atmosphere, and excellent service all around—highly recommend!

Good food and great service. My partners NY strip was a bit tough she said. I had a very good clam chowder and a salad. Both were very tasty and well prepared. The only thing I suggest they can improve is the quality of the napkins that are the thin cheap type you get in a casserole croute. This is not a fast food restaurant and so better quality napkins should coincide with the prices they charge, which is on the high end

My husband and I had an amazing experience tonight at Lucille's Fairview. We shared the Royal Sea Food Tower and it was very good and fresh tasting. Our waitress Emma gave us an exceptional service, she was very attentive to our needs and was very friendly. Ask to be in her section on your next visit to Lucille's Fairview.

Disappointed with my meal last night. Lobster roll was alright, lacking of flavor. The hot dog bun they used was soaked in butter but not in a Good way. The ribs are dry I was very disappointed. The BBW sauce.used was good but was tough to eat. The Oysters were alright, what could you expect from a 1$ Oyster but I had never seen such small oysters before. The tartare was good but I found both the beef tartare and the tuna tartare piece too chunky.

What an incredible Valentine’s date night at Lucille’s Fairview. The atmosphere was warm, intimate and just perfect for a special evening. The service was top notch. A big thank you to the manager Steven and our waiter Ali who were both amazing. Professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. They made the night even better. And the chefs deserve serious credit because the food was on another level. Every dish was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. First time here and we’ve officially adopted this restaurant. We’ll definitely be back.

Carla at Lucille’s delivered one of the best service experiences you can get. She was warm , extremely warm, and genuine from the first minute. She listened. She anticipated needs before we asked. Timing was perfect. Attention to detail was flawless. You felt taken care of the entire meal. Carla is down to earth, caring, and fully present. Service felt personal, not scripted. On a busy Friday night, the restaurant was absolutely booming, and the energy set the stage for a wonderful dining experience. The food did not disappoint. I started with the clam chowder, which was hearty, flavorful, and very satisfying. For my main course, I chose the octopus served over a Greek tomato salad, and it was absolutely delicious. The octopus was tender and generously portioned, perfectly cooked. The salad itself was fresh and vibrant, with high-quality feta cheese and a dressing that was full of flavor. Dessert was a fresh key lime pie that was light, refreshing, and the perfect ending to the meal. Service throughout the evening was excellent — attentive, friendly, and well-paced despite how busy the restaurant was, The only downside to an otherwise great evening was the seating. Despite making my reservation well in advance, the table felt crowded and didn’t offer enough space to fully relax and enjoy the meal. That said, it was a minor drawback compared to the overall quality of the food and service. Overall, I left very satisfied and would definitely return. Was less than expected. Had the Wood fired roasted chicken. Very small portions. Maybe 6 oz of chicken and that is being generous. Homee made fries are NOT home made but McDonald fries for $7.00 a portion. Ouch!!! For a restaurent that calls itself higher class, I would expect None-frozen fries.

Not usually the type to write reviews but this place surprised me. Food was actually so good and the service was on point. Perfect spot for a proper dinner, not just a quick bite. You definitely need a reservation, but somehow we got lucky with a Saturday walk-in 🙌🏻 Worth it!

The crispy calamari appetizer was good. The main dishes that followed—the salmon tartare and the Angus burger—were extremely salty. The burger was also overcooked and therefore very dry. Good, friendly service.
