Carla was awesome!!!! Super attentive kind and an amazing server. I'd say don't waste time on the burger. They are frozen or at least they seem so. Was expecting to be wowed by the burger, it was below average. The peppercorn sauce was amazing, fries and salad as well. The meats look phenomenal in this place and to be honest that's what I should have gone with.

I hate seafood. So, I decided to get ribs. For a luxury restaurant, I was expecting it to be good. It was below average. The steak though, were a monstrosity. It was the most fatty steak I have ever ate. Must have been a fat cow. Not a good thing though. ONLY GO TO THE RESTAURANT FOR SEAFOOD. I REPEAT. Appetizers were quite appetizing. Water had a lot of ice in it. Anyways, only go for the seafood. Lucille’s, please fix your vile, gross, nauseating and revolting steak. This would a 5 star restaurant if you fix it. Again your appetizer is appetizing.

Amazing service! Carla was our waitress and she was on the ball all evening even during the Habs playoffs!!! Service team overall was on point!

This restaurant has completely changed the game for my friends and me in the West Island. The ambiance is warm and elevated without feeling pretentious, making it the perfect spot for a great night out. The food is exceptional, every dish is beautifully presented and full of flavour, truly a standout culinary experience. What really sets it apart is the service: attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Easily one of our go-to spots now. Highly recommend!

This evening my friend and I had the pleasure and opportunity to be served by Macy at the bar. Of the many times I’ve been to Lucille’s, tonight, I received the best service. Macy is an excellent barmaid and waitress. She is an important asset at Lucille’s. Thank you Macy for taking care of us.

so disappointing to see MANAGEMENT/OWNER treat staff so horribly. couldn’t even enjoy or comment on food because the OWNER is awful to his staff. if diners can’t even enjoy food because of the “manager/owner” that creature has no business running a resto

It was my first time in this restaurant and the service was excellent (especially Steven) and the food was great. It was my daughter's birthday and she really enjoyed the food and she got a birthday dessert. I will definitely be back, next time I come to Montreal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

What an amazing dinner we had last evening! The staff made it extra special for us and I can’t thank them enough for it. The food was amazing and the cocktails were delicious. Can’t thank you enough and can’t wait to come back.

Easy reservation online. We were four and food arrived quickly and was fresh and very good. A special mention about our waiter, Max. He was very professional, friendly and gave excellent service. Makes all the difference.

They have a large square table that seats 10-12 people , fantastic for large groups, and ability to interact with each other. Nice variety of fish and meat plates, good atmosphere.

Been to Lucille’s multiple times, atmosphere and service are always spot on! Food wise, big fan of the oysters and the steaks. This time around I tried the Octopus. Only tried it once at another restaurant but I much preferred the way it was prepared there. The Greek salad was good but I had trouble finishing my plate tonight for the octopus. The fried chicken and calamari were really good though! All in all, Lucille’s is always a decent place for dining out, but next time I will stick to what I enjoy as a safe bet.

This is the best restaurant for steaks and seafood. They serve the best steaks and the best oysters. Desserts are very good too
