We went to Lucille’s for my birthday. There was a bit of confusion on my part about what was on menu. OMG they were so amazingly nice!! Never experienced better customer service; they made a dish just for me! And they were packed and were not big spenders - they just wanted to make sure we all had a wonderful time! Even desserts on the house! We are all so grateful for your guys saving the day. Oh and the food was superb! Can’t recommend enough.

Maya was honestly the sweetest server ever. She made us feel so comfortable and taken care of the whole time. Super kind and just had the best energy. Gave us great recommendations, the food was really amazing ! She really made our experience special!

Spent a wonderful evening with delicious food and impeccable service! The roasted cauliflower appetizer was superb and the steaks were cooked to perfection. The ambiance was lovely and our waitress, Maya, truly made our night so memorable. Attentive, kind, and knowledgeable, she guided us through our choices and ensured we had the best evening. A big thank you to the managers, Alek and Niko, who made us feel so special. Will definitely be back!

We went for lunch and were welcomed in a very friendly and cheerful way, which made for a great start to the meal. The food was satisfying overall, and the oysters were small but very fresh.

I go to Lucille's quite often and the service over there is amazing, but particularly from Anne. She always makes us feel so welcomed. She checks in on us frequently and always has a smile on her face. Great service from Anne & great food.

This was such an amazing dining experience, from the wonderfully kind and hospitable staff to the delicious food. I couldn’t recommend a better location for friendly get-together! Our server Anne was absolutely lovely and the manager Niko was so attentive, always making us feel welcomed and cared for. Will definitely be coming back!

Was treated here for my milestone birthday this past February. Wow...the staff, the food, the ambiance 100%. My friend wanted to adopt Baptist, our server. So friendly and helpful. Our steak frittes/salad done to perfection. Yes, we shared the sides. We were placed in a section, not too noisy where we could hear ourselves talk, and no one rushed us out. I so appreciated a free chocolate mousse bomb with a candle on top (again we shared). It's not my first time at Lucille's and it certainly wont be my last. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos except for the chocolate bomb.

I’m genuinely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, things did not go smoothly. We had a reservation, yet we still waited over 25 minutes to be seated while staff seemed disorganized and inattentive.Once seated, it took another 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. The server appeared rushed and uninterested, and we had to ask multiple times for basic items like water and cutlery.The food itself was below expectations. The main dish arrived lukewarm, and the portion size did not justify the price. The presentation looked rushed, and the flavors were very average. One of the sides was overcooked and lacked seasoning. Considering the prices on the menu, I expected much better quality and attention to detail.Cleanliness was also an issue. The table was sticky, and the washroom did not appear to be maintained properly.Overall, the experience did not match the pricing or the reviews I had seen before coming. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both service and food quality. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I would not return.

Another great dining experience at Lucille's Fairview! I was greeted and seated by the friendly manager. Our waitress Emma was truly amazing. She gave us impeccable service, attentive, genuine and pleasant. I had the Clam Chowder and Wood Fired chicken, both very delicious. Thank you for the consistent good food and amazing service.

It was a great experience, although I found a few elements strange. First, the restaurant does not offer plain mashed potatoes; they only serve a cheese mash. Additionally, they do not offer baked potatoes. This was a first for me at a high-end restaurant where steak is a specialty dish.​The final oddity that will likely prevent me from returning was the 'no cream' policy. They do not have cream available for those of us who enjoy it with our coffee. While it is a great restaurant with excellent food and top-tier service, I simply cannot support an establishment that doesn't offer a potato I can eat or cream for my coffee.

Yesterday I went to the Lucille’s in Fairview Pointe-Claire. What a lovely experience. Food was delicious and ambiance was top notch. My friends and I were served by Jackie who kept such good care of us and was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Would definitely go back!
