The easiest way to say this is disappointed. We went there to eat lunch and not only does the menu offer very few items at quite high prices( 2 appetizers, 6 meals and 1 dessert option) but all out meals we're VERY similar a bit of basic salad , lots of fries and then the meal, no originality or creativity, for the price, they truly could've done better. I ate the salmon tartar and in sorry to say while the fish was fresh it was the most boring salmon tartar I ever ate, a creamy sauce, salmon and green onions, thats it, for 28$ its not much. Overall the restaurant is pretty clean and seemed organized but the food was disappointing and the waitress, even if the restaurant was close to empty, filled our water once the whole time we were there...

Bonjour Mme Marois, thank you for taking the time to share your impressions of your recent visit with us. Our lunch menu (3 starter options and 7 main courses) includes 4 classic dishes that never change: our two tartares, our burger, and our fish and chips, all served with fries and salad. It also includes 3 dishes that rotate periodically, usually twice a month. Among these rotating dishes, there is always a vegetarian option, a homemade fresh pasta, as well as a fish and a meat dish. For the tartare, we use fresh top-quality salmon. It is seasoned with fresh herbs prepared daily, an artisanal vinegar from the Beauce region, and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. The seaweed emulsion is made with hand-harvested seaweed, collected by freediving in Gaspésie. The serving size is 120g. We agree that a shortcoming in seasoning may have occurred, we are only human after all. Had you mentioned it to your waitress, we would have gladly corrected the situation. We look forward to seeing you again!
