Arrived at 1:45 on a Sunday (Aug.30th). No one waiting to be seated, lots of empty tables. This said, the guy and two girls who were cleaning, preparing tables clearly displayed that they didn't want to be working. The blonde girl was EXTREMELY slow. After waiting over 10 minutes, another group came in and the guy wanted to seat them before us. I asked to me seated and he told me to wait once again. There were over eight tables free! The blonde girl finished setting up the last table and they then decided to seat us at it. Well! The table was drenched wet, napkins, cutlery, placemats. We had to get up to go get a cloth, then someone said that someone would come to clean. Marie-Eve, our waitress, was absolutely amazing, she cleaned up our table and the service was fabulous. The manager also came by to speak to us and ask what happened. She also was wonderful. Although, we were off to a rough start, all in all, we enjoyed our brunch as the food was very good.

L'Œufrier never disappoints when it comes to morning cravings. The menu is massive, the portions are super generous, and the food comes out fresh and packed with flavor. Great coffee, energetic atmosphere, and friendly service to start the day right. Highly recommended for a hearty breakfast or brunch!

I go here every sunday. I have through the entire menu twice. Close your eyes and point to a dish, you will love it.

I find this to be a wonderful spot with a beautiful array of diverse choices for the community. There is an ideal option for anyone who decides to drop by. The setting has a highly comforting and social feel to it. The team delivers fast, polite, and effective service. I will definitely be returning to explore more of what is offered.

For our first time trying to visit and eat at this specific location, unfortunately we left extremely dissatisfied as apparently when arriving 20-30 mins before your closing hours, as your staff refused to seat us for service and asked us to leave. It's strange that businesses suffer due to less clientele these days, yet instead of wanting to make money from later arriving clients, you'd rather give a poor impression of bad service and refuse money, which in turn also does not make us want to ever come back. Would've loved to leave a positive review, as it is a lovely restaurant, seemed clean, but your staff clearly has no interest in working, making tips or allowing this business to make more money to potentially also offer better pay to its staff and / or avoid eventual business closure based on your staff refusing customers at the door just because your closing in 20-30 minutes. Without customers, no money comes in for it to continue to thrive. And if your specific location stops cooking that early before closing time for which ever business reason the owner may see fit, if that's the case, then you should consider locking the door so clients can't come in, or putting a sign up at the entrance indicating that your service hours are not the same as your store closing time and that you close your kitchen at least 30 mins in advance. Cause every other l'Oeufrier location we've been to has never asked us to leave when arriving 20-30 mins before the closing time and has always given stellar service and epic meals. We can all understand refusing someone arriving 5 even 10 mins before closing but not 20-30, especially when there's barely any clients in the place. Your competitor Allo Mon Coco welcomed us instead today since we had to find elsewhere to enjoy breakfast, and they were happy to serve us and take our money. As for the clearly copy pasted owner's generic reply, it also demonstrates how little you care to have new or keep existing customers, since my review is clear as to what happened and I shouldn't have to copy some URL and repeat what I wrote right here. Not to mention ending with you hoping we'll have a better experience on a next visit, when we didn't get an experience in the first place as we never got to be seated or eat! And that I clearly stated your staffs refusal to seat and serve us turned us off to the point we will not be coming back to give a 2nd chance. Replying to reviews with ignorance is also unprofessional.
