The mother's day brunch was a huge disappointment. $95 for food that you were waiting on to be replenished. Why were the breakfast and lunch items separated? Pancakes and waffles on the other side of the room? Lineup started with gnocchi then breakfast? Eggs were liquidy. For lunch the only protein was striploin and chicken nuggets. There was no coherence with the menu selections. The roasted potatoes were for both bfast and lunch. There was no dressing for 2 types of greens with tomatoes and cucumbers only! The oysters were not coming out fast enough. There was more bread than anything. Not worth the $$. We've been the last 3 years. 1st year was great, 2nd year good but not the same. Please improve for father's day!

Mother’s Day buffet was a huge disappointment. At $95 per person, I expected something high quality with a decent variety, but honestly I’m not even sure it was worth $30. The selection was extremely limited and the overall experience felt cheap and poorly executed. That marketing team deserves a raise though, because they somehow managed to make a 1-star experience look absolutely golden online. What was advertised and what was actually served were two completely different things. My wife was really looking forward to it and left extremely disappointed. We honestly felt scammed.
Mr Graziano is the best. He made my birthday so special. We need more of him
Very pleased I chose this restaurant, it was a great discovery and a nice present I gave to myself, service was great and food was excellent.
Mr. Graziano, need I say more? All you could ask for in a server. He made the experience all that much better, 3 days in a row.
Good brunch but very simple.
We whent for brunch today. Nice decor, nice ambiance, okay service unfortunately. The buffet is full of a lot of the same. Limited selection of actual brunch foods. If you are gluten free or dairy intolerant, which i had 2 of in my groupe, the pickings were very slim. The scrambled eggs are full of milk or cream. Tge benedicts are obviously full of butter. So no eggs. Fried chicken, smoked meat ( dry as hell) and overcooked bacon. I politely asked our server if he could ask the kitchen to fry us a few eggs. Simple request. I was told no, thats not an option. End of discussion. So i whent straight to the source. The nice guy who was managing the food on the buffet. Asked him the same request for some fried eggs. "Let me go ask the chef" was his answer. Came back promptly with a yes. Nice. The eggs showed up at our table 30 minutes later, as if someone was unhappy about the extra work. We were finished eating by then, having figured we were not getting the eggs. A for effort, E for efficiency. And then they tack on an automatic 15% tip for tables over 6. Our server barely did what a bussboy would normally do, and gotba 50$ tip from our table. 75$per person with tax and tip for a very mediocre selection and service. If it had not been for the buffet runner, this would have been a 1 star. I have been in the food industry for a long time and would not suggest this brunch to friends.
I came here on a Sunday with reservations for brunch. My reservations said "high top seating" but it's not what I was given. Nonetheless, we didn't have to wait for a table when we got there. We sat down and our waiter greeted us right away, but after that it seemed as though our waiter forgot we existed. We didn't have a drink menu on our table and our waiter didn't try to sell us any of the drink specials. We had to ask another waiter to refill our waters and clear our table. He came back to check on us because he noticed our assigned waiter wasn't. When we were ready to go, the second waiter asked our assigned waiter to get us out bill and he seemed annoyed. As for the food, it was ok. Not a very big buffet but what we ate was good. I originally found this place from a reel on Instagram and it made it seem larger. Not sure I would come back. It was an ok experience but not worth driving downtown for.
Pretty ordinary
We went to Valentine's brunch , we came with high expectations we saw videos and pictures with all you can eat seafood like lobster , oysters, and shrimps . The moment we went to get food , we got hit with lots of regret. Food was mediocre. Nothing was fresh or the right temperature. The yogurt is warm. The sandwiches were dry, and no sight of lobster. Also everywhere Time we went to grab oysters there wasn't any . Than there is sushi, that was absolutely terrible . It's seems like they bought it couple day from bento sushi . The salads looked terrible and seems like no one even touched it . 95$ for mediocre food is absolute robbery . Even if this was 35-40$ I would never come back here .
Went here for lunch with a colleague and had the lunch table d’hôte menu, which is an excellent value for what you receive. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and surprisingly very filling, especially for an upscale restaurant. Each course was well thought out and full of flavour. The service was outstanding: attentive, professional, and welcoming without being overbearing. Overall, it was a fantastic lunch experience and a great spot for a business lunch or a more refined midday meal. I would happily return.
We had a great experience at Lloyd specially with the service of Graziano. He waited on us and took amazing care of our group. This is a wonderful restaurant all around.
I have come here many times and it’s always the same. The main issue here is service. The idgaf attitude permeates the place. I come here only because of proximity. They should take a lesson from the Fairmont down the street where the servers are organized and the service is great. The food is otherwise very good.
Amazing!
Giving 1 because I cant give less. Avoid at all costs! While the food was delicious and our New Year’s Eve started well, the service turned into a total nightmare. I had prepaid for the buffet, taxes, and gratuity in advance. Despite having proof, the staff tried to double-charge us for the tip and taxes on our final bill. Our server was incredibly rude, refused to look at my confirmation, and even took my phone without permission to scroll through my emails. To avoid a scene in front of my family, I paid the extra amount. Management later admitted they made a mistake, no given appologies, just the reinbursment. Great food is not worth it. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
