Oh my goodness this place is awesome. The person at the counter was so helpful and walked me through everything, and finally I selected the meringue buche to bring to a birthday party... there were no leftovers. Everyone raved about it!! It was honestly incredible, light and fluffy, tangy and lightly sweet with a crunchy exterior. I will most certainly be picking up something for my next event too!!

The person who works at the shop had an attitude and kept rolling her eyes for any question i was asking and to make things worst I could not even get a coffee because she thought she knows everything about coffee and I was ignorant, total superiority complex. I am born and lived over 30 years in Italy and here I am getting a lesson from an arrogant woman about coffee. I also saw her cutting from already precut cakes, a portion of my cake and left a chunk that could not be sold (too small to sell) which can be consumed consumed either by her or by the shop owners.

The place is great, and the dessert were really good. It's great for a special time with someone, and have a good conversation. I put only 4 stars, because I though the attendant was a bit rude.

Initially I enjoyed the pastel pink and light blue Art Nouveau colour furniture, walls and garlands but it lost it's appeal with lack of service and importance given to friends instead of clients

Poor customer service they do not answer the phone or text messages at all, same thing has happened more than once
