Great place to visit with friends on a sunday !! Mini pot, bowling, laser tag… it was fun.
The place was nice and clean. It was very quiet, but the desk staff person was not interested nor helpful at all when a problem arose. But the management resolved it with a short delay.
The concept of 'Les Trois Monkeys' is really nice: having various indoor games in 1 place, hence the main reason I decided to go there with my friends. The night started off great but ended in an unpleasant manner. I went there for the bowling alley and I had a lot of fun with my group. However, at the end of the night, when we went to hand over the bowling shoes to get back our own shoes, we got a very bad service. At the start, when we paid and exchange shoes (they gave us bowling shoes and we gave them our shoes), each person was supposed to get a shoe ticket. What happened is we got handed only 2 tickets for the 3 of us by the person at the counter. We didn't know that would be a problem later on. After the game, due to a missing ticket, I was not given back my shoe. The employees at the bowling counter kept arguing that we needed a ticket for them to hand over my shoe. We kept telling them that we didn't get one, and maybe they could check their camera to see what shoe I gave them. They kept insinuating that we lost the ticket and that we had to wait till closing time to get my shoe. Their logic was after everyone leaves, the only pair of shoes remaining would be mine. Mind you, at that time, it was 15 mins to closing time and there were only us and a couple at the bowling alley. In the end, we waited these long 15 minutes before finally getting back my shoes. All our good mood was washed away with the very bad service we got in the end. I can say I was lucky that the incident happened near closing time. I don't know how i would have handled it if the same thing happened early in the day and I had to wait until 11pm to get my shoes. Overall, I would say the place is nice but some of the employees are rude.

The Arcade is cool, from what it once was an empty space from what I remember.. To a huge arcade with bowling alley, mini put etc … Very cool! But the bar…. THAT bar in there, is a different story.. Hygiene. Leaving items on the table like salt and pepper while spraying the table cleaning it for the next client. *Salt and pepper with a hint of table cleaner yum* They advertise UFC everyday and only put it on with 2 fights remaining even though the Habs games were finished. Some staff had an attitude once asked to change the channel. And took multiple staff members to be asked until it was actually done.

She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. She went above and beyond, and it really made a difference. We had such a fun evening at Les Trois Monkeys! It’s truly the ultimate entertainment spot with something for everyone from laser tag and arcade games to VR, bowling, and even a great sports bar and full-service restaurant. The kids absolutely loved it and were entertained the entire time with so many activities to choose from. A special shoutout to our waitress Gaby she was exceptional! So warm, attentive, and gave us great recommendations that made our experience even better. Highly recommend for a fun family night or group outing we’ll definitely be back!

Just haf a few drinks at Les Trois Mokeys. Atmosphere was great, enjoyed watched the games on all the screens. The real star was our bartender Catalina, she gave us great service and made us delicious drinks!
The lighting in the bar area has been lowered (Thank you!) otherwise an amazing place to let loose and have a good time with friends. Friendly staff, great deals on food and alcohol. Bowling is awesome!
The workers at the arcade area are super sweet and told us which days to come for extra points. Unfortunately twice that I came the servers at the food area can’t even pretend they want to be here. I gave a tip because I feel bad not doing so but with the service it very much isn’t deserved. The food was really not good my second visit, at a full table none of us liked what we ate. It was so bad I couldn’t stay off the bathroom the day after tmi sorry.There’s a great variety of games and points give a bunch of free stuff! If it weren’t for the food (not including the orange juice and nachos those are very good) area it definitely would have been five stars from my end
I went there not long ago and the bartender, Gaby, gave me some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Her attitude was so bad that I almost felt uncomfortable asking her for anything. I ordered drinks for myself and my friend, and she made us pay right away without even giving us the option to leave the tab open in case we wanted to order more. She simply had a bad attitude and was constantly chatting with her friends instead of serving customers. I felt no shame leaving a $0 tip. You really need to train your staff better — this is ridiculous.
Last weekend, my husband and I went for drinks and wings and had delightful service by Milla. She was smiling, friendly and attentive from the moment we sat down. Our drinks came out quickly, and Milla checked in at just the right times without hovering. She was great at recommending options and made us feel genuinely welcome. And the wings? Exactly what we were hoping for: hot, crispy, and full of flavour. We’ll absolutely be back, and if you’re there, ask for Milla—she really made our night.

Brought my son here for his 5th birthday just for a weekday birthday activity. The manager and staff were absolutely fantastic and so generous I couldn’t have picked a better place for our dinner date & arcade night !! Highly recommended and on our monthly schedule of activities!!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
