Overall atmosphere was good, burger was good. However, to charge $19 for a French onion soup and sell a poor soup in Quebec City is an embarrassment. Please remove the soup off the menu, if you can’t make a good French onion soup. Les Côte de Frere, which is a 2 min walk away has much better atmosphere, and their soup is $14 and amazing!

We stopped in at 3pm for a bite and was pleasantly greeted by staff that spoke French, English and Spanish. A friendly polyglot. The service was outstanding and she was very patient with us. We shared the Quebec burger that comes with the 1608 cheese and side of fries. They have a variety of dipping sauces and we chose the maple and rosemary mayo (delish) and ketchup. The burger was AMAZING! Absolutely dripping with juice when we cut into it. There was a smear of maple jam under the patty that gave it a hint of sweetness that paired well with the salty cheese. The bun soaked up the juices nicely and wasn't too heavy. I would definitely come back for the burger!

Stopped into old Quebec City on our way back from Val Cartier. Wanted to see the city, get out and walk around and try some famous Quebec poutine. After reviewing where we should go, we decided on Les Trois Garçons. Very happy with our decision, service was great, wonderful atmosphere and even though our french isnt perfect, the staff was very welcoming. Food was great, loved the Quebec burger and the poutine was unreal! Loved the squeaky cheese curds. Definitely stopping in again next time we swing by this beautiful city!

There are a lot of restaurants in Quebec - especially on this street. We ended up going to Les Trois G's and could not have been happier. The burgers were awesome, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that the ribs were the best I've had in years. If you're overwhelmed with choices, this is a no-brainer!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We wanted to go on another night but a large group showed up ahead of us. I'd visit again the next time I'm in Quebec City.

The best classic poutine I had in Canada. This was the first this trip and I’ve been chasing something as good ever since. The cheese was squeaky, the chips were crunchy and the gravy was tasty.
