50 minutes since a veg sandwich was ordered, they had not started the preparation on a busy afternoon. Had to cancel the order as had to go back for meeting. The table had 6 people, 5 had ordered food 5 minutes before , my order was 5 mins late. Their food came they ate and still mine was not even started to get prepared. Waiter apologized, however 50 mins for a sandwich seems unacceptable. Bare minimum I would have expected to have been warned about the wait , I would not have sat their hungry .
