Very disappointing service. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this is one of the most frustrating service experiences I've had in a while. After we were seated, we quickly realized we had water but no glasses. We had to ask for them ourselves. Then the food arrived and, somehow, we didn't even have utensils. Had to ask for those too. Apparently, having glasses AND utensils ready for customers is too much to expect here. Even the complimentary side dishes didn't show up until we were more than halfway through our meal and almost finished eating. Usually they're served when you're seated or at least with the food, so at that point we genuinely thought maybe our order simply didn't come with them. Apparently, they were just forgotten too. The service didn't improve from there. Our server dropped off the food and basically disappeared---not a single check-in during the entire meal. When it was time to pay, we explained how my friend and I wanted to split the bill, waited forever, and then had to explain everything all over again to another old lady because the first one vanished. My friend paid first, and instead of finishing our table, the lady literally walked away to process another table's payment while I was still sitting there waiting. When she finally came back and I paid, she had the nerve to ask me why I didn't leave a tip. Maybe provide decent service first before questioning customers about tips? And somehow, after all that, she handed the POS machine to my friend AGAIN even though she had already paid. We literally had to show her the receipt. To top it all off, she gave me a damaged takeout box and acted visibly annoyed when I asked for one that wasn't broken. Disorganized, inattentive, and unnecessarily rude from beginning to end. The food may have arrived quickly, but apparently the basic service didn't arrive at all. Won't be coming back.

Great #73 dish on the menu. Although we often had to call the servers for water, napkins and they also mixed up our dining bills.

I used to frequent this restaurant quite a lot, but the quality has been going downhill over the years. Meanwhile, the chef’s anger issue is going in the opposite direction to the roof. today, I walked into the restaurant, and from the moment I entered until the moment I left, the chef was constantly yelling at the female waitress, who I assume may be his wife. The atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I was too hungry to leave, so I still ordered some fried chicken. I bit into the first wing and found that the meat was still pink and visibly undercooked near the bone. I pointed this out to the waitress, and she immediately took it back and said she would bring me another one. aaaand, the chef stared angrily at me. I was obviously naive enough to think that years of being a regular customer might earn me some basic fairness. Man, I was wrong. The second serving was more concerning. the meat was dark and tasted dull and bitter( see picture) I ate a few pieces, paid, and left. Take your anger management course and food safety course before cook again. A customer should not have to choose between tolerating aggressive behavior and risking their health. I have kept the receipt and documented what happened today in case I develop any food-related illness afterward

First of all I need to apologise, first impression was like: it's empty O my one couple at Sunday night. Then... Of course the unexpected. Me and my partner we are amazing: curry chicken with rice bowl # 12 oh lala my people. Good staff. Fresh ingredients.

one of the only places that has naeng myun on the menu, a summer staple dak galbi was phenomonal - must get! service was friendly and quick surprisingly quiet considering how fire the food was!!!

Good Korean restaurant. We had a reservation so didn’t have to wait to be seated. However, it took a long time for them to hand out menus and take our order because it was a busy night (Twice concert at Bell Centre) and they were understaffed. Luckily, food came out quickly. Food was good but a bit too oily.

The place is a little run down, but I can tell you they have the best Korean food in a kilometer radius. Best Japchae in Montreal.

100000/10! Ive spent 2 months going to each and every Korean restaurant in MTL, and this is my top #1 choice. I literally go there on weekly basis. It has the best pork soft tofu soup that I’ve ever tried in my life. The lovely Korean auntie and uncle that run the restaurant and cook the food are also soooo nice!
