The steak de thon mi-cuit was spectacular! We sat at the bar and the atmosphere was great. Prices were very reasonable for the quality—definitely a spot I’d come back to if Rimouski wasn't too far!!!!!
Ok, so in Rimouski for teen volleyball and someone mentions a Michelin recommended restaurant. We decide we have to try it. Sitting at the bar, chatting with the open kitchen staff, watching them make these dishes, this place is a highlight of Rimouski not to be missed. Great wine card, local only beers, and the food is completely amazing. Like all gastronomie dishes, eat bits and pieces individually to figure out the parts, then taste it as a whole to really get the full symphonic orchestra that was inted, this place is fun, laid back and completely delicious. And significantly less dinero than we were expecting for the value. A must stop and see.
Above and beyond experience. Waiters were top notch and so was the food.
