I would like to express my frustration regarding the handling of my Easter order. I placed my order in advance for paska and meat products with delivery before the holiday. Throughout the entire week, I called multiple times to confirm details, and at no point was I informed of any potential issues with the delivery. Only on Friday was I suddenly told that delivery would not be possible because I supposedly live too far away. At the same time, I was promised that they would “figure something out” and resolve the situation. However, on Saturday, right before the holiday, a completely different reason appeared — the order amount was allegedly too low. I find this behavior completely unprofessional. You delayed until the very last moment, leaving me with no opportunity to order everything I needed elsewhere. As a result — a ruined mood and disrupted holiday preparations. UPDATE: Your response, unfortunately, has only increased my frustration, as it is misleading and significantly distorts the facts. I would like to clearly outline what actually happened. When I first placed the order, I did intend to include a cottage cheese paska, but I was immediately informed that it was not being made this year. After that, my order was accepted in full, and the discussion was specifically about delivery. Throughout the week, I called several times (3–4 times) because I received no follow-up. Not once was I informed about any issues — not regarding the order amount, delivery, or distance. On the contrary, during my last call on Friday, I was reassured that everything possible would be done to arrange the delivery. And only on Saturday, right before the holiday, new reasons suddenly appeared — first the distance, then the order amount. This sudden change of explanations at the last moment is what is most concerning. If I had been honestly informed from the beginning that delivery was not possible, I would have had the chance to order everything I needed elsewhere. Instead, the situation was dragged out until the very last moment, and now your response presents a version of events that does not reflect reality and appears to be an attempt to justify the situation after the fact. This is exactly what unprofessionalism looks like. I would also like to note that similar situations have occurred before. Last year, my order was only delivered close to midnight after repeated assurances throughout the day that it was “on the way.” This can hardly be considered professional either. Finally, I would like to point out that I have every right to leave a review based on my own experience. The fact that you mention the absence of a “positive comment” is inappropriate and only reinforces the impression of unprofessional communication. The situation this year — where I was effectively left without my order right before the holiday, followed by inconsistent explanations — appears, at the very least, non-transparent and raises serious concerns about how your business is managed. None of the three delivery options you are now lying about in your response were ever offered to me at any point!!!I would not recommend you under any circumstances. Nous prenons tous les avis clients au sérieux, mais il est important de rétablir les faits.
Votre commande initiale dépassait bien le minimum requis de 100 $ pour la livraison gratuite. Toutefois, au moment de la confirmation finale, vous avez modifié votre commande en annulant un produit, ce qui a fait passer le total sous ce seuil. Nous vous avons alors proposé trois options standard dans ce cas :
- ajouter un article pour réatteindre le minimum
- récupérer la commande sur place
- ou maintenir la livraison avec des frais
Vous avez ensuite décidé d’annuler complètement la commande, alors qu’elle était déjà préparée pour la livraison. Nous avons accepté cette annulation sans appliquer aucun frais ni pénalité.
Concernant la distance mentionnée, il s’agissait d’une vérification logistique en période de très forte affluence, et non d’un refus. En période de Pâques, nous traitons un volume exceptionnel de commandes, ce qui nécessite des règles strictes et une organisation rigoureuse.
Nous regrettons également que vous n’ayez pas laissé de commentaire positif lors de votre dernière expérience, alors que vous aviez exprimé une grande satisfaction envers notre production.
