This place in Montreal is a complete scam. The pictures on their website don’t even match the actual menu. I ordered the fish, but it arrived an hour later. I was completely disappointed it was tasteless. The service was incredibly slow.

First Google review I’ve written for a restaurant! But this place was the best meal and service I’ve had in Montreal for a long time and I want this lovely restaurant to do well! Absolutely gorgeous food. Every course was delicious. Served by non-pretentiousness, cheerful staff. Just yummy food done really well and the wine was also great. The Negroni and Peroni happy hour was an excellent start to the night too! Thanks so much

The food was creative, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour, while the atmosphere was stylish and welcoming. Service was warm and attentive, and the whole experience felt thoughtful without being pretentious. Definitely a spot we’d recommend and happily return to!

I’ve been to Leila a few times now, and both the food and service are amazing. The flavors are great, and their seafood is fantastic. ​The only thing that falls a bit flat is their dessert. Even though the ingredients are fresh, it feels a bit too basic and rustic. Nonetheless, still an amazing restaurant overall and well worth a visit in the Mile End.

Genuinely amazing restaurant, everything we ordered was incredible. The basil gin drink was my girlfriends top drink of all time (and she drinks a lot). Best place we've been to in Montreal

So basically, I’ve eaten here about 50 times (honest ballpark ), and at this point, the staff has pretty much become family. One of them made a joke that I’ve eaten every item, know the menu by heart, but somehow still haven’t left a review. So here I am, finally letting you know that this is definitely a spot you should try. And odds are, if you do decide to come eat here, I’ll probably be somewhere in the restaurant ordering something too Cheers

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to! The service was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere was impeccable. Everything was well presented, and the overall experience was exceptional. My favorite dish was definitely the steak, and for the entrée, the stracciatella was incredible. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

This place is trying to be something it’s not. The staff is nice and all but the food is truly not worth the prices. The duck was probably one of the worst things ive ever eaten. Very gamey (more than duck is supposed to be) and probably not well drained as my plate was filled with blood. I barely ate 3 bites and couldn’t as the taste was overwhelmingly bad. The pasta was also poorly executed. Overall if you are going for anything other than drinks please reconcider. I dont like writing reviews like these but i feel like i got scammed.

The restaurant had a nice vibe, we sat at the bar which we enjoyed. Our waiter was really kind and explained the whole menu while giving a us good recommendations. We especially loved the steak and its sauce as well as the dessert. Great place !

This place is literally my second home I go so often. The best food the best staff the best vibes!!! Try to find I better espresso martini I dare you. Bitter lettuce salad? Inhaled in 30 seconds. Pasta wednesdays? Give me 2 servings!!!! Love you guys sm!!

The food is good, but the portions are tiny for the price. We have to order a dessert just because the pasta was really not enough to fill you up. To finish with a 70$ bill (on a wednesday with the special) its a bit steep. If the price was more proportionate to the portions, it would be great.

The best dining experience I’ve had in a while. Genuinely very nice, friendly staff that cared about their service. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. You can tell lots of thought went into the menu. Highly recommend.

Fabulous little restaurant in Mile End. The menu was so unique and seasonal. The lobster was outstanding as part of the surf-and-turf special. The sardines on toast were SO flavourful! Fantastic service and a nice wine menu.
