Nice venue and friendly staff, but the service was incredibly slow and frustrating. We waited several minutes just to be seated, and it took more than half an hour from the time we ordered to finally getting our food. The burgers were fine, but I ordered a water and never received it. On top of that, no one ever came back to check on our table to see if we needed anything. Great atmosphere, but the lack of attention was a big letdown.

Food is verrrry ordinary, underwhelming. Staff is cool but never returned to the table for refills. Atmosphere would have been the best if not for the saddest tables & chairs. And tortilla chips on every meal instead of fries? :(

If I could have, I would have given them even a lower rating. The food is not just bad but truly appalling. I had a vegetarian pizza, they charged me $20 and it is worst than a grocery store frozen pizza. I should rephrase a frozen pizza would have been a treat. Their patio is also infested with wasps. Not just a couple but infested. The whole experience was awful and it cost us 55$ for the pleasure.

Really great spot, staff are good, food’s great, reasonably priced. Overall, would definitely come back next time in Montebello.

The best thing about this place is the dining room is bring and the acoustics are good. The food is OK at best. No fries available. They serve a side of tortilla chips and bottled salsa. Weird. Who wants tortillas and salsa with a hamburger or chicken fingers? Servers were inattentive and one was eating/snacking while working. Overall it was got great and I would not go back nor would I recommend.

A pub without fries, is not a pub! Waitresses weren't terrible, but they weren't friendly either, and they got mi wife's order wrong. My kid's burgers was burnt, the chicken wings weren't coated in sauce. The salmon was the only thing that was tasty and the only reason this is not a 1 star review. Would not recommend at all.

The Food is sad The dining room is even sader Makes me think anyone can open a restaurant. They have a burger called the fancy. A McDouble from McDonald’s is fancier and tastier. They probably got a deal with Tostitos,cause they put stale nacho chips on every plate. I appreciate that you fed me and my family , but damn it’s depressing.and super expensive

They had empty tables, yet they told us there was no availability. It was because we were speaking English, I’m sure of it. We decided to speak Spanish at another place, and they served us there. Damn racism—and to think the laws regarding freedom were born out of the French Revolution; it’s a total contradiction...

The place looked to nice and wanted to have some great time with my family. The hostess service and attitude was terrible. I am from Ontario and have the impression Quebec people don’t like to talk in English. We asked for a table for 6, the lady told us that the restaurant was full, we completely understand but she did not even matter to offer a wait time or other options just for respect she just mentioned it was full and kinda gave us the only option to leave. Not to mention another family was coming in and had a table without hesitation. We are in Canada lady, have some manners!

An awesome dinner for our family of five. Servers were so friendly and accomodating for our wild and loud (and spilly) boys. Fancy burger was incredible. Onion soup a must! Would highly recommend!

Burger patty was dry dry dry. You need a beer to wash it down. We tried two burgers on the menu, both patties dry and didn’t taste like they were cooked today. It’s a Saturday, you’d expect food to be freshest on a weekend with high traffic. Overall meh. Passing through but wouldn’t bother coming back. And wayyy too expensive for what it is. Burger doesn’t come with fries, it comes with chips and salsa. 23-24$ for burger with no fries - I feel cheated.

Le Zouk Resto Pub has a really nice rustic atmosphere, but for us the highlight was definitely the terrace. It’s a great outdoor space and probably the best part of the restaurant, especially on a nice summer day. The food was okay, but nothing really stood out or made us excited to come back specifically for the food. The drinks were also disappointing. We found them way too small for what you would expect from a resto pub, and overall they weren’t that great. The location and terrace definitely have potential, but I think the food and especially the drinks could use some improvement to make the overall experience better.

Staff were not friendly at all! None of them. Never came to refill our drinks. Didn’t even ask which side we wanted with our meal. We had to stop her before she walked away to tell her what we wanted. We seemed more like a bother to them all. Has to ask for our check even after our table was completely cleared off. Won’t go back there.

I wouldn't say it was the worst restaurant but it's up there. The staff were nice but the food was terrible. I bought friends from Europe here and they all had a bad meal unfortunately. First our Mojito tasted like from a pre-made Can. Me and my friend ordered honey and garlic chicken wings with nachos for appetizers and the wings came with no sauce. I asked if there was sauce on the wings. She replied yes of course it's on the side. The two sauces on the plate are salsa and sour cream. She pointed at the sour cream and said that it is honey and garlic... After came the main meals. It was my first Bison meat burger which I was excited to try for once and my burger meat... Look at the photo... (Burnt) And the salad came from Costco, complete with Costco sauce.... But at least the Nachos were ok/good. No fries at this restaurant.

French onion soup, bison tartar and smoked meat sandwich all realy good choices. The nachos side was meh but kinda nice to eat something other then fries for a change.

Nice place. Staff was distracted. No one checked in with us after our food was served, which is weird because it's a pub and they should be selling drinks. Food is tourist trap quality and expensive. The only redeeming quality is the log cabin esthetic and ample patio seating.
