Waitresses 0/10- kind of rude and too busy to take orders. Bar tenders 10/10 loved ben and Brennen!!<3 Cheap drinks too!! Line was long though to get inside

Party vibe and fun place for cheap average burger and pasta type food. More a mates and drinks bar with food than a resteraunt. Expect a busy drinking bar.

We went to the restaurant on the Sunday of F1 weekend. It wasn’t that busy but we still waited in the rain for a while. They sat us down a hour before closing, but still told us we will be able to get her food on time. After 30 minutes, only half of our food arrived and when we told the waiter that the order was wrong they got upset at us as though it was our fault, even though we reminded the waitress of our orders three times. Also, the people beside us were spilling and breaking drink drinks, and never got kicked out and ended up not paying their tab which irritated us even more. At 3, after still not receiving the other half of our orders, they asked us to leave without ever giving us the bill. When we asked for the check, they charged us double for one of the drinks and refused to give us a reimbursement when we pointed that out. On top of that, they kept talking about how another table didn’t pay their $600 tab in front of us, trying to make us feel bad for even pointing out that they made us pay for an extra item we never ordered. It was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend.

We went to eat there for F1 weekend and the service and our entire experience was awful. First we had to wait outside for no reason, the entire second floor was practically empty. Once we were finally seated we ordered our food and drinks and the waiter/waitress had to come back to reconfirm our order. After about 30 minutes, only half of our food arrived. We waited a bit longer and then asked the waitress if the rest of our food was coming and she told us that it was. Eventually the security came up to us and told us that we had to leave but we told him that we hadn’t even received all our food. The waitress came back and told us that it was her fault and that she was sorry but we couldn’t get the rest of our food and she wasn’t able to split the bill so I paid for my group. Soon after security came up to us again and told us to leave and only half our group of 5 went outside. After a little bit of waiting we went back inside and one of our group was paying for another bill because they told us there was still more on the table that we didn’t pay for. After showing the bill that I paid for she told us that it was their mistake and that they were sorry but they couldn’t give us a refund for the extra stuff we didn’t even receive, and that we had to leave. This place is awful and their excuse that it was "too busy" is ridiculous because it was literally a Sunday and if they can’t handle appropriately half their tables full they shouldn’t be open.

So unprofessional and uncaring. They had a disastrous night because of a drunk ‘billionaire’ and a group of guys that left without paying their 300$ tab. Waitress was so stressed, it was visible and impacting the environment. She ‘knew’ our order and in the end we ended paying for plates that weren’t even served 2 of 5 people received their food, one order was doubled / (kitchen closed and they had a miscommunication). Terrible experience from the staff that didn’t try to find solutions and were openly discussing about their problematic night. Hope they train their staff better.

Thanks to our bartender Louis Simon, who gave us the best service ever. He was super smiley and very entertaining. The food was also super great. It came out super fast, and I would just like to point out that it was the best weekend to come, with the F1 weekend being just right around the corner.

I love the vibe at warehouse i go there all the time with my friends it’s the best spot and the service was amazing throughout the whole evening. Maïlys has been my waitress a couple times now and she’s just the best! She’s welcoming, attentive, and always smiling. I love her energy and she’s always in the mood to have a good time with us.

TLDR: Told the waitress our drinks had no alcohol and she took a sip out of them, refusing to replace drinks she sipped out of. Absolutely horrible experience. My friends and I waited over 30 minutes on a Thursday night (May 7th) to be seated, which was fine - it’s understandable that there are wait times for restaurants and we were more than happy to wait outside. What is not understandable, however, was the absolute lack of respect and immature attitude we received from our waitress before even being given a menu. The waitress (blonde hair, wearing a white shirt and small skirt with a tiny Coach bag) on Thursday May 7th stared us up and down before coercing us into ordering the special of the night (the Bulldog) when we clearly said we wanted plain margaritas. She ignored our request and gave us the special of the night anyways. Fine, we accepted with the condition that one of our friends, who is in active rehab and a recovering alcoholic, receive a virgin drink. She wrote this down. When we received our drinks, we noticed that NONE of the drinks had alcohol for the exception of the Bulldog. When bringing this up to the waitress, she took both drinks, took a SIP FROM OUR DRINKS and told us she tastes the alcohol (which was quite impossible considering there was none). She refused to replace our drinks and kept them on the bill. This was extremely unprofessional attitude and unhygienic. Warehouse needs to seriously retrain their wait staff into understanding basic human etiquette, respect and responsibility - and above all, hygiene. This was absolutely disgusting behaviour that I have never seen in my 33 years of going out in Montreal. Don’t be surprised if you come back from this place sick with some type of disease.

The food is great for the price. Always my place of choice for a cheap gathering. btw WHY DO I HAVE TO YELL TO THE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME GODDAMN GUYS IT ISNT A CONCERT EVERY TIME THE MUSIC IS SO LOUD !!! Love the djs though, its just weird that there is no dance floor but the music is louder than clubs 😭

DO NOT GO THERE FOR PLAYOFF GAMES. I made an early reservation there and was with a friend for the playoff game 6 and at 8:30pm, we were nonchalantly told by the bar “just to let you know that your table is reserved in 30 minutes”. I honestly do not understand how this place works or why is it specifically that my table was “reserved”. We got to stay til the end because the people that reserved our table never showed up, but this whole thing left such a bad taste. The whole thing is a bit ridiculous, I think what bothered me the most is how little they cared… I was going to leave one star but changing it to 2 stars bc after my complaints my waiter understood and was trying to accomodate, which I appreciated.

The people at the entrance were very rude. It's a good bar, but Entrepot in Mont Royal is better; it's the same place but with a better atmosphere

The Manager physically assaulted my friend before we even got in. He caused a huge scene, started a fight with a bunch of teenagers, and refused us service before we even got in. This behaviour seemed natural, he was lying to us, said he had no table when he clearly did, made up a story that my 5’2 female friend elbowed him. Lied about his name and info when requested. Incredibly disgusting behaviour, truly terrible.

Such a cool bar. The bartender who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable, and made amazing drinks. He knew his customers very well and greeted everyone as they walked back.
