The food is great for the price. Always my place of choice for a cheap gathering. btw WHY DO I HAVE TO YELL TO THE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME GODDAMN GUYS IT ISNT A CONCERT EVERY TIME THE MUSIC IS SO LOUD !!! Love the djs though, its just weird that there is no dance floor but the music is louder than clubs 😭

DO NOT GO THERE FOR PLAYOFF GAMES. I made an early reservation there and was with a friend for the playoff game 6 and at 8:30pm, we were nonchalantly told by the bar “just to let you know that your table is reserved in 30 minutes”. I honestly do not understand how this place works or why is it specifically that my table was “reserved”. We got to stay til the end because the people that reserved our table never showed up, but this whole thing left such a bad taste. The whole thing is a bit ridiculous, I think what bothered me the most is how little they cared… I was going to leave one star but changing it to 2 stars bc after my complaints my waiter understood and was trying to accomodate, which I appreciated.

We’re really sorry this happened, particularly during a playoff game where the expectation is to be able to sit back and enjoy the full experience. Giving you a heads up that your table was reserved after you had already been seated, and during a game, is not how this should be handled. If there are time limits or upcoming reservations, that needs to be clearly communicated at the time of booking or when you arrive, not mid-visit. We completely understand how that would leave a bad impression, especially with the way it was delivered. That said, we do appreciate you recognizing your server’s effort to accommodate, we’ll be sure to pass that along. The people at the entrance were very rude. It's a good bar, but Entrepot in Mont Royal is better; it's the same place but with a better atmosphere

This place is NOT givingggggg… it’s giving meneow and chips instead of fish and chips arrrrrggggggg. Service is great but like I said the kitchen is not GIVINGGGG LIKE ARRRRGGGGGGHHH. Like give me some food you know not air. Anyways, won’t be recommending to my followers. Love you guys

The Manager physically assaulted my friend before we even got in. He caused a huge scene, started a fight with a bunch of teenagers, and refused us service before we even got in. This behaviour seemed natural, he was lying to us, said he had no table when he clearly did, made up a story that my 5’2 female friend elbowed him. Lied about his name and info when requested. Incredibly disgusting behaviour, truly terrible.

Such a cool bar. The bartender who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable, and made amazing drinks. He knew his customers very well and greeted everyone as they walked back.

They do not take debit cards, nor American Express credit. If those are your payment options they have an ATM that charges $2.75 commission. So payment was complicated for 4/5 people in my table. Aside that, service and food is great.

I went to warehouse last night with my friends, and the level of unprofessionalism by the bouncer was shocking. to swear at your clients, when they have not used any vulgar or rude language towards you is extremely unnecessary. i truly hope this issue is addressed within the team, because there are several complaints about this bouncer, and he was rude to multiple groups, not just ours. if you dont have the patience to deal with and minimize conflict, you simply should not work in the service industry. I really never write bad reviews about places because sometimes people are just having a rough night, however I’m truly shocked and disappointed because I usually love this place.

we came as 6 girls and we kept seeing many people leave but they kept saying it was “full.” then another bouncer came out and said he’d take us in for shots. the other bouncer was mad because we were waiting for 30 mins and wasn’t let in so he said we couldn’t get in. he was very rude as well as the girl. we will never go back.

I love Warehouse and the crescent location has always been one of my favorite places to go to with my friends, until last night. My friend and I were waiting in line, we were the next ones to get in and my friend wanted to use the bathroom. As we walked up the stairs to speak with the "bouncer" two people were leaving and he said we could come in one by one. As I’m walking in, a short girl with curly hair and glasses immediately stopped me and told me to get out and to wait outside as she was closing the door on me. I tried to explain to her that the bouncer had said that we could go in, again one by one and that I was joining my friend and she replied with the nastiest attitude "I don’t think so, wait outside or behind the door". As someone who works in the industry, I find it outrageous that someone would dare kick a client out like that, especially as a hostess. She was disrespectful and rude. I hope that the warehouse team will do better at filtering their staff because that’s not how a "hostess" should treat anyone.

Initially I went out for bar hopping for my friend’s birthday and first one we went was warehouse. We had a really great service at the bar by Brandon and Mattis that we lost track of bar hopping and actually ended our night there. The food was impeccable and great. The prices for food and drinks are worth it, not too expensive. Warehouse is where you need to be. Best in town for drinks ant the bar and for the food. Thank you for your great service Brandon and Mattis to make our night.

Average university eatery. Reasonably priced food for what it is. Server didn’t tell us they only accepted credit or cash when it came time to pay. Our server told us that the appetizers were half off, however when we paid she told us that the nachos which were inside the appetizer box on the menu were not included on the half off deal. Better service would have significantly improved the experience.
