Great pizzas and service

We were a party of 6 and we got a table by the window as per my request. The restaurant was packed yet the waitress cheerfully took a picture of our group
Perfect !
Nice casual Italian spot in West Island. 30 years of experience here. Love the pizza.
Very disappointing experience. We are frequent customers but today's lunch was surprisingly bad all around. The cream of vegetable was only a very liquid tomato soup. The bread was overly baked and very dry. The second basket of bread was not any better, almost burnt. The classic salmon ended up being a sliver of salmon barely an inch wide, flaky, and dry because it was overcooked. The waitress turned around and disappeared as soon as she had dropped the soup in front of me. No offer of ground pepper. No offer of dessert after the meal. Not an attentive service at all.
Excellent place for lunch. Recommended 100%. Delicious food, friendly and fast service!
Great ambience for a get together and wonderful tasting wood stove pizzas.
Enjoyed an anniversary dinner. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive and the food was fabulous.
I always make my reservations on line. Your system is great, never any problems. I appreciate that. The entrance was chaotic with many people stuck together, waitstaff trying go to get through the crowd for the terrace. They could really use a door through the lower section out to the terrace .
Have eaten here many times. This time in particular, the service was so excellent. We had an experienced, friendly, patient and helpful waiter. The food was good as always. Reason for 3 starts is that upon arriving to the restaurant, I went to the washroom to "freshen up". There was no soap. I reported this immediately to 2 staff members and was told it would be taken care of right away. A couple hours later, before leaving, I returned to use the washroom. Still no soap. That kind of left me with an "ick" feeling. I imagine the staff use this washroom also. Ewwww!
Went to Le Vieux Four Manago in Kirkland and really enjoyed it. The pizza was solid, nice crust, good sauce, and generous toppings. Everything tasted fresh and well made. The place has a relaxed vibe and the service was friendly. Good spot in the West Island, I’d go back.
Everything was excellent and we were not rushed out in spite of the restaurant being quite busy. Pizza was delicious - the pizza oven in dining room makes all the difference!!
We are a senior West Island couple who go out for dinner occasionally. This was our first visit to Manago on St. Charles and we were so pleased to have found it! We had gone there hankering for wood baked pizza which was excellent - so fresh, tender and flavourful. The lentil soup and calamari were also really good as was the house red wine. Our waiter was the most cheerful server we have met in years. And the other patrons came in families and groups. Everyone in the filled up restaurant was smiling and chatting - on a Wednesday school and work night in April! We can highly recommend this authentic Italian eatery and we'll be back!
We dined in and also took out 1 extra meal All good
For our 5-year anniversary, we started with the fried calamari; it was good, but I’ve had better elsewhere. The beef carpaccio was delicious and highly recommended, followed by a good veal picatta and a capellini so beautifully done I didn’t want it to end. We enjoyed sangria throughout, finishing with tea, coffee, and a crème brûlée that was exactly as expected, if not a bit too predictable. Service and atmosphere were on point, but for the reasons above, it’s a solid 4 stars.
Excellent !!!
Delicious pizza and especially pasta! The Carbonara was amazing!
Best Italian on the West Island...wood burning stove pizzas and everything 😋
Atmosphere was ok, service was pleasant, food however made us ill.
The food was excellent- chosen from the Table d'hote. After a tasty entree of pear and goat cheese, we had a delicious combo of mushroom risotto and cod. The sauces were a treat. Our server knew his stuff and was attentive on a very busy evening.
Our waiter was very nice but our pizzas were not as good as usual. Both pizzas were very dry and had barely any tomato sauce.
Way too loud - you can't even hear the people at your table. The food is mediocre at best, and the service was the worse. It took over 30 minutes for someone to come and get our order, they barely came to check on us or add water, and in top of that the waitress brought the check as soon as we finished the main course, without checking if we want dessert or anything else, and without even asking if we want the check.
Any our waitress was very sweet, polite and attentive. Everything was delivered to our table hot and the food was delicious. One of my favorite restaurants to dine in.
Very nice ambience. Great menu with a lot of options. Kids friendly. Service and food are great. Very large portion and very reasonable prices. We had very good experience.
Easy parking. One of the best veal dishes I've ever had. Pasta delicious and al dente.
