Charley was our primary server, but throughout our visit, we encountered several other staff members who demonstrated remarkable professionalism and care. Our meal, consisting of two starters and one main course each for five of us, followed by two shared desserts, was exquisitely prepared and truly deserving of recognition. The service was impeccable; our main food steward efficiently cleared our plates between courses, ensuring a seamless dining experience. In contrast to the increasingly common expectation of tipping even for minimal service, this restaurant exemplified what outstanding service should be. While the food was undeniably delicious, it was the attentiveness of the staff that stood out as the most impressive aspect of our experience in Canada over the past few years.
