Every course feels purposeful, with clean presentation and a clear point of view. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Figue / Cidre / Canard dish. The duck was curated beautifully - tender, rich, and perfectly rendered—while the fig brought a subtle sweetness that never tipped into excess. The cider tied everything together with a gentle acidity that cut through the richness, creating a balanced, layered bite that lingered long after the plate was cleared. Excellent service and the food is good. However I felt a cold ambiance . It is not coherent with the prices on the menu.
