Amazing take on Indian street food. The use of bread and cheese with the traditional flavors were very well done. What shined the most for me was the masala dosa. It was easily the best dosa I've ever had from taste to the perfect flaky texture of the wrap. I also appreciate the authentic spiciness of each dish. I actually felt it while still being able to taste the food and feel my face. Well done!
