Subtil is my go-to spot for healthy takeout—or even for lunch on-site. The menu is excellent, with fresh ingredients every single time. The coffee is incredible, the sandwiches and pitas are really tasty, and you have to try the soups. It’s a family-run restaurant, and you can really feel the fresh, modern vibe the younger generation has brought in.
