We booked Le Sainti based on the fact that it was a local favourite of the head Chef at the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu - from an article my wife read. We were not disappointed! As it was "shoulder season" in this area, many restaurants were not open on a Monday night, but Le Sainti was (fortunately!). The food and wine were excellent, the meal well paced and our server (Alex) was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the quiet atmosphere - though we expect it hops during the height of the summer! We would definitely book Le Sainti again if we are in the area, and would definitely recommend it.
