The "pay what you want" is only for breakfast. Food was good, certainly not as fancy as some of the big chain resto's in Montreal, but beats cooking for 6 people in a chalet. You choose what you want by ticking off boxes on a small order sheet and after your meal you pay what you want. We were 6 adults and we all paid $20 - expensive, but going to a good cause.
