Hung up on me because I was asking questions about their services. Extremely rude and impolite, my budget was even $1500-2000. Ended the call with “sounds too complicated”. The call was 6 minutes long….. goes to show how impatient and non willing they were.

We’re sorry our long conversation ended on a negative note. During our call, we spent considerable time explaining our process and responding to multiple requests for different type of custom menus and quotes. Creating thoughtful, tailored menus requires time, preparation, and collaboration; it is not something we produce on the fly or under extreme time constraints. Trust in the process is key.
With less than 24 hours’ notice to create a custom menu and quote, we had to determine whether we could realistically meet expectations while maintaining the quality and standards we stand by. Our work is driven by craftsmanship, alignment, and mutual respect — not by budget or pressure — and we must balance this while serving multiple clients in a week.
Unfortunately, in this case, we felt we were not the right fit for each other.
