I was honestly shocked by my experience here. My mother and I each ordered a simple omelette with a side of meat — she chose bacon and I chose sausages — nothing out of the ordinary for a basic breakfast. When the bill came, I was surprised to see that the meats were charged separately on top of the omelettes. Since when does a breakfast plate not include a choice of meat and potatoes? An omelette uses the same eggs as a regular breakfast… charging everything à la carte like this feels excessive and misleading. To make matters worse, the total came to $57.20 for two basic breakfast plates, and that’s not even including anything extravagant. I also ordered a freshly squeezed orange juice, which was priced at $6.95 — again, unusually high for what it is. Overall, it feels outlandish to be charged separately for every single item on what should be a standard breakfast plate. Definitely not the kind of value or transparency you expect when going out for something so simple.

A last minute decision to drop in for a late breakfast wasn't disappointing. The eggs Benedict was absolutely delicious...so much fresh fruit, hollandaise sauce, and homemade roasted potatoes.The two poached eggs were done to perfection. And my coffee was automatically topped off without my having to ask. Friendly staff, no blaring music! They'll be seeing me again for sure.

I go here on a regular basis. The food is very good, but the service is a hit or miss. The potatoes are fantastic, please don't ever change them. I got a breakfast meal that had bacon, ham and sausage. I wanted to change the ham for extra bacon as I don't like ham. They wanted to charge an extra dollar or so for the switch. I don't agree with that, you can give me 1 extra piece of bacon instead of the ham. There's also an old guy that's always there, most likely the owner, but it's just kinda creepy weird how he's sitting there watching everyone eat. Face the other way and watch the kitchen. It's just uncomfortable. I've also sat there watching the waiters come out with the coffee, pour the first table coffee, and go back to the kitchen. three times. The only table to get coffee was that one table. As I said, service is hit or miss.

Best hidden breakfast place ever!! I’ve been living in the West Island for over 20 years and I never noticed it until today! The service was great and Mike our waiter was very nice the food was amazing and it was quiet they handled my mom’s allergies perfectly definitely would recommend you give this place a shot if you haven’t!! 10/10 experience

I had breakfast here early this morning, before heading to the airport, the food was great, and the young lady who served us was attentive and very friendly. Not to mention the exceptional food and great portion of fruit prior to our flight. I highly recommend.

This is an excellent place for breakfast; the food was great, especially the breakfast potatoes and fresh fruit. However, our waitress, Megan, was a piece of work. I think she forgot to submit our order because it took over 45 minutes to receive our food. The table next to us arrived after us, ordered, ate, and left before we even received our breakfast. When I asked her if she knew where our food was, she looked at me condescendingly and said, 'It’s probably being made.' When I mentioned that the table next to us had already finished, she rudely replied, 'Well, nobody in my section has”. As I said, great food but the owner needs to fine tune some of his staff as there are other reviews flagging rude servers.

Had such a wonderful breakfast experience! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every bite was a treat. What truly made the visit special, though, was the amazing service from Andrea. She was incredibly kind and sweet, and took care of everything so promptly. Her warm attitude and attention to detail made us feel really welcome. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

Very disappointing experience. This restaurant charges an extra $4 if you share any food with your 4‑year‑old, even a bite. I’ve never seen anything so unfriendly to families. What 4‑year‑old finishes a full restaurant meal on their own? It felt like a deliberate way to squeeze more money out of customers instead of offering real hospitality. The service from our waitress was slow and dismissive, the food was mediocre, and my daughter ended up sick later that night, which makes me question the freshness. I don’t mind paying for extra food, but I’m not going to be tricked into spending extra for basic eggs and potatoes ( and same portion so not getting extra food). Deceptive policy, poor service, and subpar food. Definitely not a place that values its customers. Spend your money elsewhere!!

No complains for food or ambiance; the service tho was weird and it cost them 4 stars! My friend and I took our daughters out for breakfast and the girls ordered their dishes but my friend and I only ordered coffee. The waiter asked us if we wanted to share the meals with the girls and we said maybe cuz they definitely won't finish their plates. Here the waitress informed us that there's a $5 fee for sharing! so we decided that we didn't wanna share and the waitress got REALLY agitated and kept repeating, with a condescending attitude, that if she sees any sort of sharing, she'll have to charge us. This whole thing ruined our mood for the one hour we were there! Anyway, when she brought us the bill, she mixed up our orders but I didn't notice and paid; my friend noticed but the waitress said she couldn't fix it cuz I already paid! No apology, no courtesy. We even talked to the manager about it and he simply said sorry, she shouldn't have talked that way. What I think is that, they don't need new customers, they have a relatively small place and a bunch of regulars (elderly groups) and they don't care if you go back so they're not trying to impress anyone. But they definitely made sure to ruin our experience today!

Fantastic breakfast spot! I really enjoyed my meal from start to finish. The breakfast potatoes were the absolute highlight...perfectly seasoned and cooked to a delicious crisp. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great morning meal!

I went here during my visit Sunday after New Year’s Day and it was not a good experience as I found hair in my food. When I called the host over, as my waitress was busy she ignored me and acted like I was not motioning for her 15 minutes later she showed up and asked what I needed, I said a manger please … the manager came over I showed him the hair he never apologized- all he said was ok we will remake it for you. It’s very unappealing to find hair or ther things in your food and as a customer the customer service was very bad
