As a food inspector, I pay close attention to quality, freshness, and overall execution and Le Poké Station Saint-Eustache absolutely delivers. Every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh, from the perfectly cut salmon to the crisp vegetables and well-balanced toppings. The presentation was clean and appetizing, and portions were generous. I ordered a poke bowl through Uber Eats from st-Eustache restaurant yesterday, and honestly, this was a complete waste of money. The rice was hard, cold, and dry — clearly not fresh. On top of that, there was absolutely NO SAUCE, even though I specifically asked for “extra sauce” in the notes. What’s worse is that the total was higher than expected, so it feels like I was charged extra for something that wasn’t even included. To make things even worse, there was a strange bitter taste in the bowl that I couldn’t even identify. It completely ruined the food and made it inedible. A poke bowl without sauce is already unacceptable, but combined with the poor quality and odd taste, the entire meal ended up being a total waste. This is easily one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. I won’t be ordering from here again. The restaurant seriously needs to fix its quality and start paying attention to customer orders.

Me and my wife ate here yesterday and I must say we have never had a poke bowl like this anywhere in Montreal like pokestation. Very generous portions.

I’ve been a customer at this place for a while now. Their poke bowls are the best. Everything is always fresh and the portions are generous! I highly recommend this spot

Very disappointed!! Ordered a custom Katsu with Tampura shrimp and custom Salmon plate via uber. shrimp was completely missing, crispy items are missing from both plates and got 2 pieces of chicken. They also mixed up the toppings. This place used to be so good not sure what happened!!
