Super sweet front desk lady. The food was delicious and worth the price. The chicken katsu bowl is very crispy and flavourful. The inside is a bit small but very cozy and calm. Would definitely go again!

I ordered through Uber Eats under the name Sophia A. I specifically stated in my order notes that I’m allergic to rice pearls, yet they were included anyway. This is extremely disappointing and a serious issue when an allergy is clearly mentioned. On top of that, the portion was extremely small, and I’m honestly not convinced I received the correct bowl. I paid $44.14 for this order, and the quality, portion size, and failure to respect an allergy warning absolutely did not justify the price. For that amount, I expected much better. Very disappointed. Edit: Since I can’t reply directly to the person who responded to my review: Nice attempt at gaslighting me, but the photo of the meal has already been submitted to Uber Eats as part of my complaint. You’ll be able to see for yourself what I actually received. I’m also attaching a screenshot of my receipt because I’m apparently being accused of lying about what I paid. Yes, there was an appetizer included, but it was a very small portion, and the total was still $44.14. Instead of becoming defensive and making accusations toward a customer, I would suggest focusing on addressing the actual issues raised in the review. It would be much more professional to take customer feedback seriously and work on improving the business rather than responding emotionally.

Bonjour! Vous avez la photo des perples de riz dans votre bol? Parce que: 1- j’ai moi-même preparé votre bol. Il y avait seulement des graines de sésame (noires et blanches). Peut être avez vous confondu avec les perples de riz. 2-Les perples des riz se trouvent dans la section « Ajoutez ». Ca veut dire vous devez commander et payer en supplément sinon elles ne sont pas ajoutées automatiquement dans le bol. En plus votre commande était 36,79$ avec tax au total: un poke et une entrée non pas un seul poke. S’il vous plaît, vérifiez les informations avant de laisser un avis pas seulement chez nous, mais aussi chez les autres. Merci! Update: il y avait pas de photo dans votre réclaimation sur ubereats. Pourriez vous publier la photo ici. Merci!

the lady who was working on Wednesday was very rude! not like the gentleman who i always met, very nice! She said have to wait 10mins! and I don’t argue anything but she still keeping complaining! What you are rating people is what people are rating you!

The worker there is very friendly and attentive. Everything looks clean and well-maintained too. Portions are solid, you definitely leave feeling satisfied. There's a good variety of poke bowls and onigiri to choose from, and the ingredients taste really fresh. Would come again!

The food is fantastic, the crews were very attentive and nice. The place is so nice. If I could give more starts I will add more. I was so satisfied with my experience here and it was unexpected of us to eat here. We just pass by and would love to try. But this mistakes was so perfect. I so love it.
