The employees were extremely nice and welcoming. The food was fantastic. I had a plate of various grilled meats and my mother had the wonton meal soup. We really enjoyed everything and have nothing negative to say. Great place.

Le Piment Vert in Boisbriand offers a truly impressive culinary experience, distinguished by its authentic Southeast Asian cuisine. I began with the salt and pepper tofu, which was executed perfectly—crispy, seasoned expertly, and comparable to the high standards found in Chinatown. For the main course, I selected the Bun Bo Hue. The broth was rich and complex, easily rivaling the top-tier establishments in Montreal known for this specialty. The service was equally commendable. The owner was incredibly hospitable and graciously provided complimentary sushi. For a restaurant where sushi is not the primary focus, the quality was surprisingly legitimate and fresh. I highly recommend Le Piment Vert to anyone on the North Shore seeking a high-quality, authentic dining experience.
