Vegan Girlfriend found multiple chicken bites on her tofu bowl (pic). How does that ever happen??? The chicken in my pho is very hard to chew and doesn't taste right. First time ordering from this location and I regret it dearly. I do not recommend you eat there!

We got the Sun bowl (chicken - 22$), the Pad Pho (chicken - 21$), shrimp crackers (7$), and the jasmine peach ice tea (5$). The food was delicious but a bit overpriced for the quantities. I found there wasn’t quite enough noodles; the last 50% of the eating experience was just the toppings. The chicken in the Sun bowl was also quite tough and the Pad Pho was a bit cold. The standout however was the delicious house made sauces. The shrimp crackers were stale so I’m incredibly disappointed. I had heard they were good when fresh but I received an old packet. The iced tea was delicious and very worth it. For the service and ambiance, it was great! We had found one of our forks to be dirty (leftover food residue dried on) and when we asked for a replacement the employee was very kind and accommodating, getting us freshly washed utensils. I would recommend this place for once in a while occasions since it is a bit pricey for simple dishes.

Worst bánh mì I’ve ever had. I’ve been to Le Petit Sao multiple times at different locations, and I’ve always had a good experience, so this was really disappointing. The bread was incredibly mushy, even though I asked if they could warm it up. The employee said they already had, but it definitely didn’t seem like it. I was planning to eat it by the canal, but after one bite, I just couldn’t. The sandwich was cold, soggy, and wasn’t even cut in half. It was already falling apart before I could even eat it properly. I decided to give it another chance and took it home to warm it up in the air fryer, but that didn’t help at all. It was surprisingly flavorless, with barely any sauce. The cucumber slices were huge and unpleasant to eat, making the sandwich even worse. I know Le Petit Sao is usually great, even for takeout, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I really hope this was just a one-off, because the quality today was nowhere near what I’ve come to expect.

Starting off with the good - pandan ice coffee was great albeit chunky (to be expected). The bad - had a tofu avocado banh mi. Barely any avocado, tofu was all out, bread looked like it went under a car and was simply not good. I can definitively say that this was the worst banh mi I’ve ever had. It’s been a hour and my teeth still hurt from pulling on the bread. And for $24 total? So not worth it.

I placed a takeout order through their website and paid for it. When I went to pick up my order, the restaurant had no record of it. Even though I showed them the email confirmation and the charge on my credit card, they refused to honor my order. This is bad customer service. Wont order or eat there ever.

The grilled chicken bowl was generous, packed with fresh vegetables, herbs, and perfectly cooked chicken. Every bite was full of authentic Vietnamese flavors.What made our visit even more special was how family-friendly the restaurant is. My daughter Sophia loved it! There was a little play and coloring area that kept her happily entertained while we enjoyed our meal, which is every parent’s dream. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and relaxed, making it perfect for families.The restaurant itself is beautiful, bright, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a welcoming space where you instantly feel comfortable.Thank you to the amazing team for the great food, kind service, and family-friendly environment. The food is very good. For lunch I like the banh mi, for something heavier, I like the bol bun. The curry coco is really good but much better at the restaurant. When it's to-go it was missing a humph, I dunno. I still order it from time to time still.
