Customer service is highly lacking!!! No smile. Barista girl in the library location is rude (Sunday afternoon jan 11) condescending and patronizing in her approach. Although it's not my in my habit to notice, also dressed quite inappropriately for a library/café environment. I left to the other La Parva location outside of library where I was greeted warmly and professionally.
