It was great to have a change of flavours in Quebec. The free olives and bread were very well received especially with the beautiful olive oil and balsamic on the table. We enjoyed the filo parcel with feta and spinach. The moussaka was full of flavour and a large portion size with the ratatouille vegetables a good accompaniment to the dish.
