Most amazing gluten free croissants! I live in NYC and haven’t found anywhere that bakes such amazing croissants. I ventured to Old Montreal while visiting a friend specifically for the croissant and was not disappointed. Got myself an egg, cheese, spinach croissant sandwich which was such a delight. And the chef is so lovely! Definitely will come back next time I’m visiting!

My first gluten-free crêpe and éclair! They turned out to be the best gluten-free pastries - maybe even the best gluten-free food - that I have ever had! I recommend this place even for the gluten eaters out there, it truly competes with your gluten food!

Completely gluten free cafe. Went twice for breakfast and had an egg and cheese croissant and crepes the next time. Also took 4 almond croissants home. Very friendly staff.

Generally very nice. Asked lots of clarifying questions. And the food was nice. They did get my crepe order wrong, which I understand can happen, but when I told them the chef just said "no" and held up the receipt, which was rude.

Excellent for gluten free and celiac. They have savoury and sweet croissants and crêpes, and a load of other desserts and pastries. Everything is completely gluten free. Would return, would recommend.

If you’re not GF by choice, you likely understand food grief. The croissants I enjoyed from this bakery cured my food grief if only for a few days. I tried the almond and the chocolate and both were delicious but the warm almond croissant purchased just as they opened was amazing.

Le Marquis Signature Santé is on a completely different level when it comes to desserts in Montreal. It’s honestly hard to believe that everything is gluten-free, and refined sugar-free because the taste is just that good. Every dessert looks like it belongs in a luxury pastry shop, but what really stands out is the flavor and texture. The chocolate cakes are rich and decadent without being overly sweet, and the cheesecakes are unbelievably creamy. You don’t feel like you’re “settling” for a healthier option you’re getting something truly premium. The attention to detail is impressive, from presentation to ingredient quality. You can tell they put real thought into crafting desserts that are both indulgent and clean. It’s the kind of place where you go once and immediately start planning your next visit. Perfect for anyone with dietary restrictions, but even if you don’t have any, this place will still blow you away. Easily one of the best dessert spots in Montreal—highly recommended.

Visiting Montreal and finding a 100% gluten free bakery is like hitting the lottery! We wanted to head back to the States around 7:30 but saw they opened at 9 so decided we had to wait to try the croissants. Many people offer gluten free baked goods and pastries but croissants are hard to do gf! Upon arriving at 9:05, there were no croissants. They said it would be 15-20 minutes and we really didn’t have time to wait. We were highly disappointed but ordered a few other treats to go. As we were walking out, she hollered the croissants arrived. We turned back around. We ordered a selection of them. Wow! Flaky and delicious! The eclair was creamy and dreamy. The noir noisette was a great mixture of flavors and textures. Gluten free or not, you won’t be disappointed! They have coffees and hot chocolate as well to enjoy with your treat whether sweet or a sandwich!!

This place has the best GF Croissants in Canada okay latest update this is how good the croissants are I wanted to order some to get sent to Vancouver and they were having issues with Canada Post. I was contemplating taking a red eye from Vancouver to Montreal, taking an Uber to their store stocking up and taking an Uber back in a flight back to Vancouver before the end of the day so I can be at work the next day crazy but they're really good croissants.

I have no issues with gluten so stopped here just because it was close to the hotel. Nutella crepe was amazing! Friendly service.

This place was amazing!! The chocolate croissants were delicious, flaky, and buttery. I couldn't believe they were GF. Also, the gentleman at the front counter was so nice and welcoming. I look forward to coming back here next time I visit.

Incredible gluten free bakery! I've never had a better gluten free croissant. Had a chocolate croissant and a spinach egg and cheese croissant sandwich and they were both delicious. My friend who is not gluten free even said she could not tell that it was all gluten free it was so good.
