Visiting Montreal and finding a 100% gluten free bakery is like hitting the lottery! We wanted to head back to the States around 7:30 but saw they opened at 9 so decided we had to wait to try the croissants. Many people offer gluten free baked goods and pastries but croissants are hard to do gf! Upon arriving at 9:05, there were no croissants. They said it would be 15-20 minutes and we really didn’t have time to wait. We were highly disappointed but ordered a few other treats to go. As we were walking out, she hollered the croissants arrived. We turned back around. We ordered a selection of them. Wow! Flaky and delicious! The eclair was creamy and dreamy. The noir noisette was a great mixture of flavors and textures. Gluten free or not, you won’t be disappointed! They have coffees and hot chocolate as well to enjoy with your treat whether sweet or a sandwich!!
