Very disappointing stay. The reception staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, providing incorrect information, including a wrong contact number for reception. We also waited 40 minutes for a spa shuttle that never arrived and eventually went on our own—without even a simple smile or apology. I booked and paid extra for a room with a fireplace, but it was broken and never worked. I contacted reception three times and was repeatedly told someone would come to fix it, but no one showed up. They neither changed our room nor refunded the extra charge, which is truly unacceptable. The room (134) was outdated and poorly maintained. The bed was noisy, and the bathroom faucet was broken, causing water to splash everywhere. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, and I regret choosing this hotel.

Dear Shayan, as already answered to your feedback left on another platform, we are truly sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations and that several aspects caused frustration. Regarding the fireplace, we would like to clarify that it was fully functional during your stay. It only required pressing the ON/OFF button to operate. Additionally, we would like to note that this room category was personally selected at the time of booking and not assigned by our team. In other words, we haven't charged you extra for a room with fireplace, you reserved that type of room. We regret that this situation led to dissatisfaction and that our explanations did not bring clarity during your stay. Your comments regarding reception service, maintenance, and overall comfort have been shared with management for review and follow-up. We are also sorry for the wait for the spa shuttle. We will for sure do a follow up regarding this situation.

Very disappointed about my stay I’m not gonna lie… For almost 300$/night you would think you’d get something pretty nice right? Well… while it’s nott absolutely awful it’s definitely not up to the standard of a 300$/night room let me tell you that. When I was on the site and looking to book for a night most of the listings for the rooms only included one picture not even showing the entirety of the room and no bathroom pictures, this already screamed red flag because why would you not show a picture of the bathroom..? I included one here and maybe that’s why they dont… because its awful, bathroom is so small can barely fit two people in there, the shower head is on the verge of giving up resulting in water leaking everywhere from the top. The water temperature gauge is not accurate at all you either have boiling hot water and if you turn it slightly down water becomes icy cold. Its a shame because the room design is actually nice and it could be worth that price but unfortunately this room was also in a basement which is pretty weird, never seen that before. Last thing that left me a bit angry was the staff carrying carts of I dont know what starting at 8am in the hallway, it was so loud it sounded like the room door was wide opened. Wasn’t very happy about getting woken up at such an early time. Wouldn’t be a big deal if the room was slightly more soundproof but you could literally hear whisper in the hallway thats how little soundproof it was. Overall, room looks decent, could be worth that price but not until all of the things that I mentionned get fixed. Do not book if you want peace and quiet

A mention about the basement location is as well already noted on our website for the room Boisé. Regarding the morning activity in the hallways, we apologize for the disturbance. While our staff begins daily operations early to ensure the property is well maintained, we acknowledge that noise levels should always be kept to a minimum. I stayed here the weekend of my birthday mid October 2025, down the hall on the 2nd floor. There was a room that hosted a party the night of the 11th, loud music, people screaming and chanting...and no one could sleep. At first, I thought the building across is a night club but i guess not. I went downstairs to talk to the receptionist and they acted shocked yet you could here the music from the entrance as well. There is a difference between loud music and "night club music" He pretended to call the room, but the party went on until after 4 am, I hope the tip they gave you was worth ruining the night of other guests. I hope I never come back here, and if I do, I will never let this barbaric behavior slide. I will call the authorities. Worse birthday night ever!!!
