My husband and I had a lovely, delicious, and healthy dinner here. We started with the beet tartar and spinach and artichoke dip, then had the mushroom risotto and gnocchi. The dishes warmed our souls from the inside out during unusually cold spring weather. Staff were super friendly and the food was spectacular. We would come back to Quebec just for another laid back and excellent vegan dinner at Don.

Excellent vegan meal, think the best we have ever had! Wonderful flavours and textures and variety to choose from. The difference n dessert was scrumptious! Excellent service and ambience too - thank you!

The lunch deal is excellent value, the vegan burrito was the best we've ever had so far and I know we will be thinking of it for a long time. The ceaser salad was great. The location being nestled right in Quebec city makes it an easy stop for vegan patrons.

The coconut Thai soup was genuinely disappointing — poorly flavored and not something I’d recommend to anyone. The food overall didn’t meet expectations, and I wouldn’t return for it. What made the experience worse was the service. When we reacted, she became condescending — making remarks like “is this your first time here?” and commenting that staff don’t get paid enough. That kind of response to a legitimate complaint is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. A dining experience should not end with a customer feeling lectured and guilted. This one did.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Le Don during our visit to Québec City the first week of April. The restaurant was recommended to us by the staff of Atypiq Hotel and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is located in the port district, at the adjacent an extensive area of historical buildings containing art galleries, Michelin starred restaurants, and assorted shops. The ambience is hip and trendy, well suited for couples and small groups. The menu features a wide variety of starters, mains and desserts, along with a nice mix of cocktails and mocktails. We tried the Panko Cauliflower and the Artichoke Dip with chips. Both were delicious, though we felt the Artichoke Dip would have been better heated. My wife had the Pasta Bolognese for her main course, while I had the Mushroom Fettuccine. Quite tasty and the portion sizes were generous (so much so we had to skip dessert). There was only one server on duty that night but he was terrific and we didn't have to wait long for anything. Also, shout out to the friendly kitchen staff who responded personally to our praise for their efforts.

Concised menu ranging from Dan Dan noodles, crater salad, impossible burger, gnocchi, to steak! Love the friendly and professional staff, too. Stopped by two nights in a row because it’s the best if not the only vegan options on Sunday/ Monday night. Make sure you save room for dessert.

One of our restaurant highlights of Quebec City! The service was great and we loved the food, even my partner who is not vegan/vegetarian loved his meal.

Excellent experience, the service was amazing. The bartender was extremely accommodating, even though we didn’t know exactly what we wanted for a drink. Best vegan food I’ve had in a long time.

Food was great, good portion sizes. The bimbimbap had too much spice for one member in my party, but I thought it was a good amount. The jackfruit had a bbq sauce flavor, so a bit on the sweeter size in the burrito bowl. I’d definitely come back to try more of the menu if I was local.

Beautiful and delicious vegan food. And the most amazing server who manages the whole room, makes cocktails and serves them and brings the food. Without breaking a sweat. I was so impressed.

Great place! Great service too! But for some reason they had Shrek playing on a TV, on loop. Made it better, if I'm being honest.

My husband and I visited Québec City for the first time the other week, and we had dinner and then lunch — repeat diners because the food is outstanding! My husband isn’t a vegetarian, but he loved everything he tried, and I can honestly say this is by far the best food that I, as a vegetarian, have ever sampled. The waitstaff was lovely and completely tolerant of and polite about our lack of fluency (to put it mildly) in French. The ambience is upbeat and fun and comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

The parking is absolutly awful in this area: no way to park without paying. Not a vegan, but I must say the food is very good. Everything that I've tried has been really tasteful, the risotto or the burger to the dumpling, all a pleasure for your palate. The price are somewhat very high but it is comparable to other restaurants in this area. The tables are really close to each other, but thankfully, no loud music so we can talk at normal volume.

Some of the best food you'll have in the city. This is coming from someone who is not even vegan. Loved the food, the interior is quirky, and eclectic, which adds to the charm of the laid back atmosphere.Definitely recommend this place for everyone to try.
