Accessing basic amenities like public restrooms is made intentionally difficult. The facilities were locked, requiring a complex process of tracking down an employee to request access, only to find the interior poorly maintained once inside. Restricting basic human necessities behind administrative friction is a hostile practice that immediately degrades the entire visitor experience.
