Very disappointing experience. The chocolatine was dry, the store itself didn’t feel well maintained, and the overall service was lacking. I was refused access to the bathroom, and when I tried to place an order, the staff didn’t acknowledge me and simply walked away. The manager also came across as unfriendly. Definitely not a service-oriented place.
