However, if you want the best seat in the house, this is it. It is the perfect spot for a first-timer to sit down, grab a meal, and take in the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac—arguably the most beautiful landmark in Canada. It’s definitely worth the stop for that atmosphere alone! The food itself is a bit of a mixed bag: The Poutine: The fries are closer to a homemade breakfast potato style—still very tasty, but not your traditional homestyle fries do you expect to hive in Quebec city or the province or Quebec. If you're looking for that classic "greasy spoon" crunch, this isn't quite it. The Burgers: These were the surprise highlight! Absolutely delicious, juicy, and well-prepared. Final Verdict: Come for the iconic view of the Chateau, stay for a burger. and maybe try Poutine somewhere else unless you're really hungry and it's still better than any other poutine in Canada outside of Quebec.
